You will love this newly renovated condo that is located on the second floor of the Sea Breeze Condo Complex with a Queen bed and a Queen Serta sofa sleeper. Plenty of room to relax after a great day at the beach. There's also games and puzzles that have been added for your enjoyment in your lounging time. Great balcony to enjoy your coffee, or mimosa as you greet the morning sunrise. You have complete access to the incredible pool area complete with hot tub and outdoor shower with beautiful views of palm trees and scenic landscaping. You're only 0.5 miles away from Port Aransas beach and the South Jetty. All new appliances and fixtures (*No dishwasher). Ideal for a small family of 4 with everything you need to prepare meals in this property. Laundry facility on the premises. Elevator Access

Great Stay!

We've stayed here several times and always enjoy the location and parking. Even on a busy weekend, the view and courtyard provide a peaceful atmosphere. This visit the check-in was even easier and the condo was decorated well and was clean and comfortable. See you again!

SeaBreeze Condo (Surf’s Up Unit)

We loved our stay at SeaBreeze. It was clean, comfy, we loved the pool and easy access to the beach! We didn’t however enjoy the hot tub being very dirty and green (not useable). Other than that everything was perfect. We will definitely be returning for another stay!

Perfect Location w/ beautiful view

This condo was the perfect location being walking distance to great restaurants and right on the access road to the beach. The condo was so clean and the decorations were so cute! Our favorite thing was to sit on the comfy beach chairs and watch the sunrise from the balcony. The pool was so well kept and refreshing! People were very friendly who we encountered. The only downside is the parking can be a little tight. We will definitely be staying here again!

Needs Updating/Repairs

I may be a bit picker than most because I am a Travel Agent and I stage vacation rentals but with that being said there are several things not related to decor I took issue with. First let me say this location is fantastic but this unit needs some serious work!! AC does not work well at all, don't believe the humidity line, its a crappy AC and something newer needs to replace it!! I lived in Puerto Vallarta, MX I know what humidity is and I never had an issue with AC in my rentals. The light is falling in the bathroom, the shower head has very little coming out, the faucet is difficult to get to turn off, beds are squeaky, cheap, uncomfortable and are on wheels so they move when you try and sit down. Towels are just meh and they want to charge you for wanting more towels, this is frustrating as it is not easy to get more towels like in a hotel. The fridge was small which wasn't a huge issue but the even smaller freezer was, a bag of ice barely fits! I think they need to get a new fridge, AC and beds and throw in some beach towels too as well as some beach chairs. I've been in many rentals and these things are always there, some people fly and don't want to spend $$$ for something that would be nice to have if needed. I will add the grounds of this place were very nice and the pool was in excellent shape!!

Sweet Getaway

This was a cute little condo, minutes away from beach and close to many restaurants including one of my favorites, Crazy Cajun (walking distance). The staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating. My 2 boys and I will definitely be back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spotted 2 roaches in the kitchen. For a place that can accommodate 4 persons, it was disappointing to find only 3 coffee cups and 2 spoons among the poorly supplied kitchen. The balcony was not usable because there was water draining from the ac unit across the balcony. That created a slime. There was also water dripping from the ac unit a floor above that dripped down to our balcony. I took some pics but there is no way to post here.

Hello Roger, Thank you for submitting your review of 126 Seabreeze, unfortunately, you experience some issues on your trip. We have gone into the unit and will be adding more coffee cups and silverware, we do carry these items in our office and could have provided the missing kitchen items. The balconies all have the AC exhaust outside and should all be connected to a draining pipe, sometimes those hoses leave the drain, a quick call to our office could have solved this problem. We have gone by and made sure the drain hose is properly attached, We have quarterly pest control for all the units at Seabreeze, they spray inside and outside, but we do know that the palmetto bugs live in the palm trees on the island and are a natural hazard in the area. Hello David, We apologize for the inconvenience, however, we never had a chance to correct some of the issues you were having, if you would have reported the HVAC not working we would have corrected the issue. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the condo, really loved the location, walking distance to just about everything. We stayed Dec-Jan-Feb post Harvey so no pool, elevator, or laundry,and lots of construction noise as several units in the building were damaged. We were OK with this as Port A was busy rebuilding and we were just glad to be there. The unit was probably intended as a shorter term rental since the only cleaning supplies there was a worn out broom and dustpan and a toilet brush and the kitchen was lacking a few essentials. The only knives were the 2 table knives and there were no turners, but there was two blenders and several sizes of glasses. When we had any questions or problems, they were taken care of promptly. While the unit was walking distance to the beach, it was way more than a block away.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of this condo, next to a county park and pretty close to the beach and fishing pier. It is also very close to the main part of town. The room was comfortable, but there were a few issues: The back door leads to a patio that overlooks the pool. That door knob on the back porch was very difficult, and at times my wife and kids were unable to open it. It needs to be replaced. Also there's a small brown chair in the room that has lost about 20% of the upholstery surface. I'm not sure if it's faux leather or what, but it's peeling off. Lastly, on the front porch area there's a railing that looks like it broke when somebody sat on it or something. The result is there are a few nails that are somewhat exposed and a child could get hurt on them if they reach into the area where the nails are exposed. At the end of our stay I dropped off the keys at the office and spoke to the clerk about these 3 issues. She said "We will pay attention to it," and then she proceeded to help the next guest. She didn't write anything down and I didn't get the impression that she cared much about it.

The kitchen is ideal for preparing large meals (not our case) or for a quick fix. Close to so many good restaurants and the beach. The property has a nice pool and jacuzzi and the grounds are well kept. Thanks to Life in Paradise staff for recommending this place! What made the experience even more enjoyable was the friendly and personable services of Life in Paradise!
