Villa Partenope is a stylishly renovated 2 bedroom apartment located in the hillside of Nerano and within walking distance to Marina del Cantone beach. If you are looking for a quiet retreat with superb ocean and mountain views then you have found the right place.

This newly renovated apartment is located in an elevated position on the ground floor of a two storey building and boasts a beautiful shaded balcony with wooden outdoor dining set and sun chairs perfect for alfresco dining on those balmy summer evenings.

Villa Partenope accommodates up to 4 people in a double and twin bed arrangement. The entrance to the apartment opens onto an open plan living / dining area furnished with wooden dining table and leather chairs for 4, a two seater lounge and a flat screen TV. The decor is eclectic and the seamless flow of indoor - outdoor living combined with the distant ocean views makes this apartment an absolute delight to sit back and relax with a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing or day at the beach.

The marble top kitchen and Mediterranean tiles are a key feature of the newly renovated kitchen. The kitchenette is neat and simply equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils for light snacks and meal preparation and includes: a four-burner gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster.

The sleeping quarters are conveniently separated from the living / dining space by a small hallway and comprise of a double and twin bedroom both enjoying large windows and a variety of classic and modern artworks.

The electric blue tiled bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet. In addition, the apartment provides a washing machine, iron / ironing board and the basic necessities to make your stay comfortable. Complimentary WiFi access is also available for your convenience.

Nerano is a small fishing village on the Sorrento coast and is well-known for its unique waterfront location. Villa Partenope is located approx. 1 km from the beach of Marina del Cantone, an inlet between the cliffs of the Amalfi and Sorrento coasts and which is well equipped with beach establishments offering sunbed and umbrella rentals.

The area offers an extensive range of wonderful hiking trails for those who love the outdoors, while for the gourmet foodie, the shores of Marina del Cantone offer a splendid selection of restaurants. If you love seafood, then you are in the best location.

Nerano is located approx. 15 km from Sorrento's historic center and 24 km from Positano. While there is no car parking available at the apartment, street parking is available within walking distance. There is also a public bus stop located about 100m from the apartment.

Villa Partenope is the perfect place for a relaxing beach holiday, and a wonderful base to explore the Amalfi and Sorrento coasts and surrounding areas, with the option of day trips to Pompeii, Capri Island, Positano, Amalfi and Ravello.

1) Guests have complimentary access to the pool, cafe / bar and restaurant at Gocce di Capri - Hotel & Serviced Residence located near the square of Termini. Bookings essential.

2) From the 1st April to the 31st of October, a mandatory tourist tax of 2.00 euros per person per night (for guests 18 years and over) for a maximum of 5 nights must be paid in cash on arrival. This is a government tax, payable by all tourists staying in the Municipal Council of Massa Lubrense.
