For those who love the water, a scenic path leads to a swimming pier in just 8 minutes, and popular fishing spots are only 800 meters away.

Set on a 640 m² natural plot with mature trees, the property offers a secluded terrace perfect for sunbathing and relaxing in private. While the setting is peaceful and quiet, local restaurants and shopping facilities are just a short 2 km drive away. This non-smoking home is an ideal base for a coastal getaway.
