Magnificent duplex on the beach front of Marbesa, in the heart of the Costa del Sol. Urbanization with direct access to the beach. Real beach. Within walking distance of restaurants, golf courses, supermarkets and only 12 km to the center of Marbella.

It has several macro rooms, a lot of interior space. A macro kitchen with American fridge.

4 huge double bedrooms. 4 Bathrooms, one ensuite with hydromassage bath; one with a bathtub and two with a shower. Air conditioning in the living room. Wifi. Stately style decoration.

The kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine as well as coffee maker, toaster and iron / board.
In the living room there is a double sofa and another 90.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, only on the terraces.

Ein schöner ruhiger Urlaub

Die Wohnung war groß , für 8-9 Personen optimal denke ich. Sie war bis auf kleinere Gebrauchsspuren sehr gepflegt und gut eingerichtet. Unsere Kontaktperson war sehr nett. Die Anlage war sehr schön und gepflegt, mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Leider gibt es keine Promenade aber die Restaurants sind ganz ok. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder hinfahren. Vielen Dank
