We came to Jacksonville for the NCAA Regional Championships and this location was perfect for our stay, ocean front and only 9 miles from U of NF! The condo is nice and cozy and the beds are very comfortable. There are a lot of restaurants, gyms, and grocery stores close by. We will definitely be back next year!

Such a great location!!

It was just the best location! It was wonderful being in eyesight of the beach and pool! The walk to the handful of shops and restaurants was very easy and pleasant as well! And I love that I felt like I was at the beach when I was indoors with its colors and decor.

Mayo Clinic visits

Had tests and procedure at Mayo Clinic and decided to stay in a condo on the beach versus a hotel that would be the same or more costs! This condo was nice and in a smaller complex with not so many people. It was our home for the week and we enjoyed it!

We loved the property and location. It was just what we needed to R&R. The location to all that is needed is great. We had a great time! We have a vacation rental and use a key pad on our door. That would be my only suggestion for the check in process .

Great location and beautiful ocean view! Condo is small but comfy. The bathroom/showers need to be updated. We had an issue with our key to the pool bathroom and management never responded. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. We loved being close enough to walk to some restaurants!

The property was as advertised with so many beautiful decorating touches. The balcony was so close to the ocean and the perfect weather helped make it a wonderful time. The place was very clean and no problems whatsoever. We appreciated the outdoor furniture on the balcony and also the chairs for the beach. The kitchen was well furnished (but you need a new toaster.)

Condo in the beach and great access to amenities. But property in need of upgrade. The plumbing/water pressure is in need of upgrade. Overall clean and plenty of great chairs and items to use to have for the beach. Towels, dishes and beach chairs. The master bedroom isn’t very private but works.

The condo itself needs updating, especially the bathrooms. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet (lipstick on coffee mugs-obviously not washed). Reached out to host 3 times with NO response about missing garage opener, TV in master BR not working and a late check out time request. The location is wonderful. Great beach access, walking to restaurants and view from balcony beautiful. Pool was great and not crowded. We had a good 3 night stay.

Perfect!

Couldn't have asked for more! Very clean, very cozy and the location and view was amazing. Parking was also a great perk. My only category not a 5 was that the location to pick up the keys was about 15 minutes away. Not a major issue just a bit inconvenient. I will stay here again no question!

The condo needs a little TLC — ballast in the kitchen light needs to be replaced, ice maker doesn’t work, the hot and cold handles in one of the showers are corroded.

Maintenance needed

The master bath needs repairs to faucets, corrosion on controls of hot and cold water. The ice maker was not working, did have ice trays. Location great!

O reall a nice stay but this property needs better communication. I paid but never heard from anyone until I called when we were outside the building. No directions o. keys etc. Master bedroom shower needs total redo. Sink faucet as well. Not horrible but irritating. Pool was nice and overall feel of condo. Cleaning could be improved. View great.
