NEWLY REMODELED Beach House- Private Beach on Nantucket Sound
This NEWLY REMODELED cute beach house is in a great location off Lower County Road on Fiddlers Green Lane, which is a private, residents only, dead-end road. It is the 3rd house from the beach... just a hundred yards from the sand dunes leading to the spectacular residents only, private beach on the Nantucket Sound. The backyard faces the tidal marsh... so lots of privacy without any neighbors!
The Nantucket Sound water tends to be warmer than other Cape Cod beaches with smaller waves creating a perfect location for family time. This spot is ideal for swimming, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, fishing, long beach walks (walk to the Lighthouse Inn for dinner or grab steamed lobsters or clambake from the market around the corner) or just relax and enjoy the views!
The house was just remodeled (winter 2020) complete with NEW floors, bathroom and kitchen including cabinets, fridge, stove, microwave, freshly painted walls and Central A/C and heat. It has 3 bedrooms (2 twin beds, 2 full beds and 1 queen bed), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a kitchen table and 6 chairs, a full bath, a living room with cable TV, High Speed Wireless Internet, a NEW vinyl enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water and 2 parking spots in the driveway. Complete with a gas grill, Adirondack chairs, fire pit, outdoor seating, lounge chairs and two picnic tables outside where you can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening cocktail as you listen to the surf and take in the spectacular Cape Cod sunrises and sunsets. Just a few minutes away from shopping and great restaurants. Life is better... at the beach!
