About this property
Apartment in villa in S. Maria di Leuca with terrace
In the splendid S. Maria di Leuca, at the confluence of the 2 seas, we rent the newly built apartment on the first floor of a small villa (only 2 apartments) in a very quiet area surrounded by greenery with a large garden available.
The house has an independent entrance with reserved internal parking space.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (up to 6 beds), large living room, with open kitchen, and bathroom: new furniture.
The shade in the garden is guaranteed by 2 pines.
The crystal-clear sea is 500 meters away, with a few kilometers of long free beaches, sheer cliffs and caves to explore ...
And in the evening you can enjoy the splendid opportunity to be a resident of Leuca, with the very busy promenade, with its trendy bars, reachable in just 500 meters!
Not far away are also cities of art such as Otranto and Gallipoli and medieval villages, such as Specchia (among the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy).
