San Remo 309 has relaxing beach colors so popular with our guests on 30A. Enjoy every amenity you have come to expect with Your Friend at The Beach's Five Star gulf front condos: Relax and be refreshed on the high-end mattresses in every one of the three bedrooms.
- 100% Cotton sheets and towels
- Free WIFI
- Master bedroom with king size bed, sliding glass door to balcony overlooking the Gulf. Master bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower, double sinks, large closet.
- Second bedroom with king size bed, adjoining bathroom
- Third bedroom with bunk bed with FULL size bed on the bottom, twin on top, adjoining private bathroom.
- New 2024, LVP flooring in all bedrooms
- Bathrooms include hair-dryer, shower soaps, 100% cotton towels, hand soaps and starter supplies of paper goods.
- Kitchen has just been updated with new dish-ware, pot/pans - even a crock pot for your family meals. Keurig coffee maker plus a regular coffee maker.
- Sectional sofa with plenty of seating for the entire family (no sleeper sofa).
- Enjoy al fresco dining at the large table while you watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. A chair lounge for sunbathing plus a conversation area. You will feel like you have an extra room outside.
- Beach chair set up from March - October, chairs will be set up from 9AM - 5PM to the right of the stairs.
- Large Community Pool with Lap Lane, heated from March 1 to mid-April.

Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.

Beautiful Condo

Very happy with this condo! Most comfortable and clean that we've stayed in. There were 5 of us and loved the fact that there was plenty of comfortable seating outside for everyone. Great view of the ocean. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Place

The property is a great place for family Fall Break. We love the property. The only downside is the pool is not heated in October and makes for a very cold swim. 309 is a beautiful place. Very clean and well equipped. And Your Friends at the Beach are fantastic.

It was a pleasure to spend our vacation week in R309 at San Remos! The condo is decorated beautifully and had several extras that were a nice surprise! We loved the extra large balcony with comfortable seating for all. The weather as well as the beach was perfect! This is the best property and location on 30A. We have been searching for years and found it. We will never stay anywhere else. It is perfect. Spotless with fabulous beds and a well stocked kitchen. But the view and the heated pool is beyond description.

Great Vacation Condo on Santa Rosa Beach

My family and I loved staying at San Remo #309. The condo is very beautiful, and it was very clean upon our arrival. The San Remo complex is not overly large, so the pool and beach areas were never crowded. We much prefer staying in Santa Rosa than Destin or Panama City Beach, and this complex was the perfect place to do so. The property managers and owners were also great to work with - prompt responses and great customer service. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!
