Historic coastal villa of the late 19th century, built by the neo-Gothic architect Camille Albert for the writer Maurice Leblanc and his first wife Marie Lalanne with a refined decoration. Living room with monumental fireplace and dining room, equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, 3 toilets. Balcony running on the first floor with terrace in front of the master bedroom. Wifi and phone free. Large fully enclosed and landscaped garden of 1400 m2 with teak garden furniture. The beach of Vaucottes is 600 m away and the coastal GR21 that connects Etretat to Yport at 200 m. The house is rented by the week in the summer (Saturday to Saturday) and the rest of the time for a minimum of 4 nights from April to October. Exit cleaning (70 euros per stay) and rental of sheets (10 euros per bed) are mandatory and to be paid on site. Wood is provided but gas heating is depending on consumption (it is not necessary in summer of course).
