Villa of 160 m2 with swimming pool on ground of 1200 m2. Large living room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor and 3 upstairs), 2 bathrooms, washing machine and dryer.
Ideal house for 2 couples with 4 children.
Large terrace with heated salt pool. Barbecue. Games for children.
The house is located 10 minutes from the center of Nantes, 45 minutes from Pornic, 1 hour from La Baule and 45 minutes from Puy du Fou.
Cleaning fee if required: 200 eur deducted when returning the deposit.
