Exquisitely furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Accommodates 6 people. Large living area with access to balcony flows into dining area appointed with table and chairs for sharing meals, playing board games or cards and setting up a laptop for emails and sharing photos and events with family and friends from your condo. The spacious living area includes TV/DVD and pullout sleeper sofa. Master bedroom is comfortably furnished with a king sleep number bed, TV, large closet and Gulf and pool view. Master bath is installed with oversized glass-walled tile shower, tile floors, granite counter top and full view mirror over sink. Second bedroom is furnished with queen bed and includes large over-sized closet. Second bathroom is conveniently located off living area across from 2nd bedroom and includes tile tub/shower, tile floors, granite counter tops and full view mirror over sink. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen include double door refrigerator with ice and water in the door, over the counter microwave, range and dishwasher. The kitchen is supplied with dishes, drinking and wine glasses, eating and cooking utensils, pots/pans, minimal baking dishes and accessories for cooking as well as a Keurig coffee maker (with K-cups provided), small regular coffee pot and toaster. Since towels and clothing items are not allowed to be hung over balcony or patio railings, the utility area is just off the kitchen and is conveniently installed with a full size washer and dryer. This condo is located on the 2nd floor of Building 5 with an angled view of the Gulf and a full view of the main fountain pool. The unit sits slightly behind the building which is directly on the Seawall, so street noise is at a minimum as the other building blocks the traffic sounds. The unit is NOT wheelchair accessible as there are no elevators. However, our unit is located directly at the top of the stairs. There are several rental units at the Dawn located on the first floor, if climbing stairs is an issue Enjoy the cooling waters of the Main pool or the relaxing waterfalls of the Lagoon pool and its soothing hot tub. The refreshing Gulf breezes are always just outside your door.
