Restored recovering typical quality materials (stone, wood and ancient terracotta), Country House is composed of: a spacious bedroom with stone sink and wardrobe (on request, possibility of an additional bed); a living room with double sofa bed, stone sink, TV and desk; an equipped kitchen and fireplace; large porch space.
The bathroom, all in stone and marble, is equipped with a washing machine (it is adjacent to the bedroom but not communicating with an internal door; it is accessed from the covered porch by climbing two steps).
The large open spaces offer the possibility of common games, relaxing in the sun or in the fresh air and barbecues for grilling. The location of the Country House halfway up the hill and close to the woods offers natural air conditioning!
Possibility to walk in nature, from simple walks to more demanding hiking itineraries, also in Nordic walking and mountain biking. On the lake, canoeing, sailing and water sports.
The house can be reached through an agro-pastoral road, easy but sometimes uphill. But you will be rewarded by the panorama!
