2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We arrived in the evening to find someone else in the property that we had booked over a year ago. We received a full refund but the stress of arriving somewhere with nowhere to stay as a family of four was immense. A refund just isn't enough. Had to find somewhere over 20 miles away. Needless to say, I’m never, ever going to use this terrible app or company again. Thanks for ruining our weekend - booked to celebrate my wife’s landmark birthday.
