Newly built stone and granite villa (2016), with large garden, a few minutes from the beautiful Cala Sinzias beach and a few km from Villasimius. Completely new, furnished in Shabby Chic style, the villa consists of a living area with a living room plus a kitchenette, a sleeping area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: two double bedrooms, one with a master bathroom and a bedroom with a castle and a large veranda. Outside a large garden on the four sides of the villa, outdoor shower, barbeque and parking space
