Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with a barbecue, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double bedroom and one double sofabed, the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Lounge, with 1 ample sofa bed which converts to one double bed for extra sleeping, dining table and 4 chairs, flat screen LCD television, air conditioning unit for cooling and heating, 2 windows over looking the pateo barbecue area, pateo doors to balcony.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units.

SLEEPING

The sleeping arrangements provided are 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed, sofa bed in the lounge.

ENTERTAINMENT

The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LCD television which receives several english TV channels a DVD player and CD player, Internet Access WiFi (free).

BATHROOM

The bathroom has bath with overhead shower, wc, bidet, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hairdryer sockets, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.

BEDROOM

The bedroom has 1 queen size bed, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror over, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror, air conditioning unit for cooling and heating, patio doors to balcony, security safe.

BALCONY

4 chairs, 1 table and clothes airer.

Tourist TAX - We hereby inform you that the Albufeira City Council is charging the Municipal Tourist Tax of €2/Sleep, per night per stay up to a maximum of 7 nights for guests aged 13 and over. The Municipal Tourist Tax is due upon check-in in a single instalment and the Municipality of Albufeira will issue the invoice respectively. (The Tourist TAX is NOT included in the booking).
