Wundervolle Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in erhöhter Lage und bietet einen herrlichen Blick über die Toskana. Der großzügige Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein, besonders die romantischen Sonnenuntergänge am Abend sind ein echtes Highlight. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen wurde uns prompt und unkompliziert weitergeholfen. Diese Ferienwohnung können wir wärmstens empfehlen.

Beautiful. Maremma la vista!

Incredible view, wonderful hosts, so much tuscan beauty to explore close by. Loved every second, breathe it all in! Nothing better than some italian breakfast in the morning sun. Simply existing here with nothing else is a blessing. Thank you!

Sehr schöne Lage und gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit sympathischen Vermietern

Wir wurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung ist sauber, schön und gut eingerichtet, in der wir uns die gesamte Zeit sehr wohl fühlten. Die Lage lädt zum entspannen ein. Auf der Terrasse konnten wir die Sicht auf einige Hügel bei wunderbarer Stille genießen. Mit dem Auto sind einige schöne Strände gut erreichbar. Stefano und Mirta sind sympathische Vermieter, die bei Fragen zu interessanten Reisezielen oder guten Restaurants immer unkompliziert und sehr freundlich Hilfestellung gaben. Und ein hervorragendes Tiramisu machen! 😃 Danke für die schöne Zeit, wir können das ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Perfect 5 days in Tuscany

The pictures do not do this place justice. From the moment we booked we were treated like family, the good kind. You will not even get in the door before you will just stand on the front patio and bask in the view. As we entered we were struck by several things. 1. It is spacious. 2. Everything is so clean. 3. The decor is the perfect balance of elegance and homey. 4. The remodeling was done well, not cheaply. 5 And this is huge... No Perfumes! There is no odor to cover up. Thank you for that! This place is about 15-20 minutes out of Grosseto. That worked well for us as it was a working trip. The peace and quiet allowed me to get a lot of work done. The internet was good although my uploads took a while. The driveway up the hill requires care but is so worth it. We asked for, and immediately received permission to entertain another couple one evening. As we were finishing up dinner our hostess knocked on the door with a crostata (Italian pie, see picture) that she had made for us to share with our guests. That thoughtfulness marked every aspect of our stay. We travel for a living. We will be home less than 2 months this year. We stay in hotels, B&Bs, and condos all the time. Their memories blend into each other over time. Not this one. We will be back!

urlaub in der südlichen toskana

Wir verbrachten zwei wundervolle Wochen in der südlichen Toskana und fühlten uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl und wurden freundlich empfangen von den sehr herzlichen Gastgebern. Die Wohnung hat einen angenehm grosszügigen Grundriss und ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und wirkt noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Vermieter wohnen direkt oberhalb – aber die Bereiche sind architektonisch klug voneinander getrennt, so dass wir uns sehr privat fühlten. Das Appartement liegt traumhaft auf einem Hügel mit Blick auf die umliegenden Olivenhaine. Es gibt nichts Schöneres, als Abends auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und in die Abendsonne zu blicken. Auch tagsüber ist die Terrasse beschattet und dadurch angenehm kühl. Für Ausflüge ist das Haus gut gelegen. Bis Grosseto mit Bahnhof und Autostradaanschluss ist es nicht weit. Der nahe Simply-Markt war unser Lieblingsgeschäft für den täglichen Bedarf mit hervorragendem Brot und gepflegtem reifem Rohschinken und sogar einer hervorragenden Fleischtheke. Auch lokale Spezialitäten wie Nudeln oder Ravioli sind zu normalen und eher günstigen Preisen zu finden. Umliegende Bauern machen hervorragendes Olivenöl. Um Nichts zu tun, oder auch um in alle Richtungen auszuschwärmen und die südliche Toskana zwischen Siena und Pitigliano zu erkunden ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Auch das Meer ist gut erreichbar. Der Naturpark in Albarese ist zum Wandern sehr zu empfehlen. Der langgezogene Strand im Park ist auch ein Erlebnis und per Bus von Albarese zu erreichen. Kleinere einfach zu erreichende Strände entdeckten wir südlich vom Park.
