Your Island Home is nestled in the heart of Frederiksted on the beautiful island of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands and is only a short ride from Christiansted.

Conveniently located just minutes from the airport, as well as from some of the world's most peaceful and beautiful beaches. This quite spacious one bedroom, two bath, private 1st floor condominium with a fully stocked kitchen in a gated community can be your cure for the winter blues! Your living room has a brand new queen sleeper sectional making this very comfortable to sleep 4 guests, especially having 2 full baths for your convenience. The unit is equipped with air conditioning and beautiful ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom.

Guest closets come fully stocked with fresh linens, iron and ironing board, beach towels, snorkeling equipment, and many extras!!! Anything to help make your stay wonderful!

Just minutes from the airport, shopping, restaurants, nightlife and other attractions. And no passport is needed to visit our beautiful island so come stay with us and enjoy our paradise!!!!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and return the keys

Check out is promptly at 11:00am as housekeeping will arrive upon your departure.  If for some reason you will be checking out earlier, please let us know so housekeeping can get an earlier start.

Kindly strip all bedding and leave with dirty linens on the floor at end of hallway.  Please have dishes washed and put away, remove any unwanted food from the refrigerator, & dispose of all trash.

Please turn off all lights, fans, and air conditioner and leave the keys & clicker in kitchen in basket on microwave. PLEASE CLOSE INTERIOR WOODEN DOOR, LEAVING THE SCREEN DOOR UNLOCKED

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
