Hot tub doesn’t heat up it stays cold.

We had a good holiday but the down side was the disappointment that the hot tub did not work and was absolutely filthy with mold when we arrived. They eventually came to clean it on our 3rd day. But the hot tub never did work and would not heat up! We was very disappointed, and would not have booked this villa had we know the hot tub was just for show.

Hi Nadyne, thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are very sorry not being able to meet your expectations and take your considerations into account. All accommodations are checked before guests arrival, your message has been passed to the responsible team and will not happen again. In spite of this, if you visit the Costa Dorada again in the future, we hope you will give us the opportunity to improve your experience with us. Thank you and best regards!

Estancia

Todo correcto, a excepción del agua de jacuzzi y piscina que estaba sin llenar y con demasiado cloro, las barandillas se meneaban mucho y los cristales sucios, por lo demas todo ok.
