Casa Pavo Real, because it is on the third level of the Isla 33 complex, looks over the top of the island and allows unobstructed views of Isla Mujeres nightly majesty. At night the lights of Cancun sparkle and twinkle like stars on the horizon. The condominium itself also has many wonderful amenities. It has 3 pools, two at ground level and a third on the roof. It also has the only covered garage on the island. Elevators, no stairs, take you straight to your room.

Casa Pavo Real is a large 1700 plus square foot, two-bedroom / two-bathroom condominium with a view second to none. Within the condo itself, the furnishings are luxurious and upscale. Every room has a view! The master bedroom, with its custom brick vaulted ceiling incudes end en-suite bathroom his and hers marble sinks, walk-in shower, and full-size Jacuzzi tub. From the living area there are expansive views to the east of the Caribbean Sea. From three stories up, you can see up and down the coast as well as out to the horizon. Many nights we have sat and watched cruise ships headed for Cozumel or Playa Del Carmen drift calmly and slowly towards their destinations never knowing the peace and beauty of the island of Isla Mujeres that they pass in the night.

The sunrises as seen from these rooms are magnificent.

The ability to wake up in the morning to a Caribbean sunrise and the aqua blue sea is the ultimate pleasure as is the ability to go to sleep with the calming and peaceful sound of the surf. Not to be outdone, the view from the fully appointed kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and complete set of cooking utensils and dishes. The second bedroom and balcony take in the beauty of the island. As you look out the kitchen window or gaze out from the balcony your eyes rest on a neighborhood park, look over the island to the Bay of Cancun, and all the way to Cancun on the horizon. Isla Mujeres sunsets are among the most beautiful in the world every day.

Amazing Place, great stay

Absolutely love the Isla 33 building, and this unit is spectacular. Centrally located (same elevator bank as rooftop pool), beautiful, clean…everything we wanted. Had everything we needed, check in/out was extremely easy, and everything worked wonderfully. Will absolutely be back.

Perfect Birthday

This property was absolutely perfect. View off the balcony of the beautiful Caribbean and view off the kitchen of a lovely park. This place was so nice, so convenient, and much nicer than it even looked in the profile, and that was very nice! Will definitely look to come back.

10 Day Vacation Relaxation

The property had everything that we needed for our 10 day stay. Plenty of towels and beach towels and the kitchen was loaded up with all tools and cutlery that you needed. We never once turned the TV on and sat outside on the balcony every morning and evening. We discovered the guest balcony halfway through our stay and that allowed us a little relief from the sun. The road is noisy near the main bedroom, but we brought a sound machine and that fixed everything. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Condo and Location

We fell in Love with this place and will be back as soon as we can! Being able to see the sunrise from the front balcony and then the sunset from the back balcony was amazing! We rented a golf cart for the week and parking in the garage was so helpful. It had everything we needed and Chema was very helpful!

This Casa is absolutely beautiful. The view is breathtaking.

Before even renting looked at multiple rental in Isla. This was the best price and spectacular view. The owners responded promptly and were very helpful. Excellent location. Loved loved this house and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The condo exceeded our expectations! The view everyday was amazing! In the morning we read on the balcony and in the evening we sat and had a drink and talked. The condo had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect. The added restaurant and bar downstairs was a bonus. Food was excellent and service was great! The binder the owners left had a lot of good information. The people who worked in the building were kind and helpful. We would definitely come back again.

Isla 33

Everything was pretty nice. The only issue we found was hot water. Chima explained to us that we need to let the shower run for a little while before we got hot water. Needless to say, we never had a hot shower during our stay.

Fabulous vacation in Isla!

This is a beautiful condo- very spacious and beautiful views of the ocean. It's centrally located which worked out so well for us - we rented a golf cart and had access to the entire island. Memo was our concierge and he was prompt and professional. He contacted me prior to arrival and met us at the condo upon arrival which made check in so easy. He answered every question we had and shared lots of info and restaurant suggestions during our stay. Isla Mujeres is a beautiful and friendly island so I will definitely return. Everything was very reasonably priced but most places do require cash so make sure to take plenty with you as we did have trouble finding ATMs.

Great Stay on Isla Mujeres

Our stay at Isla 33 on Isla Mujeres was wonderful. Great views of the ocean from the front balcony and the lagoon off the kitchen. Tropical breezes allowed us to forgo the AC most of the stay. Full kitchen allowed us to shop at Chedraui supermercado and lay in supplies for breakfast and snacks and cervaza throughout our stay. The rooftop pool was great. Town, Punta Sur, Garrafon (snorkeling) just a short golf cart trip away. Underground parking for the golf cart was appreciated. Beach towels provided were also much appreciated for our snorkeling trips and dips in the pool. All in all, our 10 days on Isla Mujeres were enhanced by our stay at Casa Pavo Real, which gave us a relaxing respite from days souvenir shopping, restaurants and music on Hildalgo, or just sight seeing on the island. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back and stay at the Casa Pavo Real again.

Isla vacation

We enjoyed our stay but we did have several issues with our condo. For a few days we were without water (hot or cold), the toilet didn’t work because we had no water to flush, water pressure is very low in the shower, no a/c for a day, it’s a nosying location with street traffic and last three days there was pounding on the ceiling from workers making repairs above us. It’s a very comfortable nice condo. Property mgr worked hard to get repairs done quickly. I hope all will be fixed for next renters.

Loved Isla Mujeres

Excellent time. Walked everywhere. Liked to sleep with door open to hear the ocean but, some mornings road noise could be heard over the roar of the ocean, otherwise everything was great. Loved being centrally located. Food was excellent wherever we went. Felt safe walking day or evening. My wife felt safe walking by herself when I had to work. She did mention that she got shocked using the hair dryer. It may have a short in the cord. Overall, it was a great experience and accommodations were top notch. Just trying to figure out how we can afford a place of our own. Thank you.

Fabulous!

This condo is luxurious and has amazing views over the Caribbean Sea. It is extremely comfortable and is equipped with everything that you would need on a vacation. The quality of furnishings and decor is of a very high standard and surpasses the general standard usually found in rental properties. The condo was immaculate and very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable in both bedrooms. Our concierge, Memo, was wonderful and was always very attentive to any issues that came up. He always responded immediately to our questions and made us feel that we were a priority for him. The condo is in a wonderful location and it’s very easy to get into town with either a taxi or with a golf cart. There are some great restaurants nearby and it was certainly helpful to us to have the Topaz restaurant on site. All in all, it was a fabulous vacation!

Best vacation EVER! Paradise at Isla 33

Everything about Casa Pavo Real was amazing. My contact with the owners prior to the trip was great. Very responsive to my emails. Chema was wonderful. The condo was exactly like seen in the photos. Very clean, loved the bottled water, the view from the front balcony was absolutely breathtaking. I loved sitting there in the mornings with my coffee. We rented a golf cart for the week. I would recommend picking it up in town, versus having them deliver to the condo. Our cart never arrived, so we needed to take a taxi to town to get it. The restaurants were fabulous. Oscars, Rooster, Mango Cafe, Blue Ballyhoo (best fish tacos ever) and Picus. Snorkeling was fantastic. We booked our transportation, golf cart and snorkeling events with Jose Marfil. (islamujeresvacations.com) He was very helpful. We will be back...

Beautiful property with amazing views!

We stayed here for 4 nights as part of a low-key college graduation celebration. We were looking for something quiet and away from the lively areas. We were unable to sleep the first night as there was a celebration (wedding perhaps?) occurring down the street until 3AM complete with live band. I do not fault the property for this at all as this is obviously beyond anyone's control. Subsequent nights we slept very soundly. The condo is absolutely gorgeous and is beautifully decorated. We loved waking up to the sounds and sights of the water. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We did have a golf cart so we appreciated the garage parking. The kitchen was massive and I was a little disappointed we didn't have a chance to use it as we ate out most of the time. I did inspect the cabinets and it was well equipped. We also very much appreciated the full size washer and dryer. We have stayed at many condos over the years and this was the first time we had to meet a property manager upon arrival; however, he was very welcoming and friendly and gave us a tour of the condo and explained some of the quirks such as the water. Yes, it takes a few minutes to heat up but it was never a problem. I did have a cold shower on the first night but it was entirely operator error (turned the knob the wrong way). This property is a good bit away from most of the tourist destinations but we viewed this as a feature. We would gladly stay here again in the future.

Awesome Stay

Great space and size. The condo had everything we needed in terms of accessories. A booklet was provided for any needs on the island. Great spectacular views!! Would stay here every time we visit Isla Mujeres!!

Karen and I have been vacationing in Isla Mujeres for almost 15 years. We always thought that one day we would love to find a place to buy and eventually move to the island full time. On a visit in 2015 we visited Isla 33 which was under construction at the time. Our lives have not been the same since. We knew instantly that it was the home for us. Even though we live in Oklahoma we now consider our home Isla Mujeres. In particular Casa Pavo Real at Isla 33 . We plan on retiring to the island in a couple years. Until then, we want to share our home with all who wish to avail themselves of the beauty and peace of the island of Isla Mujeres that we love.
