Located in Alt Emoordà. L'Escala. Costa Brava. It is literally a tower, on a hill surrounded by nature, peace and quiet, where you can enjoy the garden, the overflowing pool and the barbecue. Be able to live, practically all day abroad! They will make your vacation unforgettable! On the Costa Brava, in La Escala, is located this unique detached house of 140 m2 built on a plot of 6,000 m2, the areas surrounding the house are landscaped and has a large barbecue and infinity pool, the rest of the land is rustic . Excellent location for the tranquility and proximity to the beaches and the center of town. The house is distributed in 2 spacious suites. Suite 1: Bed of 150 X 190 cm, sofa bed 135 cm X 190 cm. Cabinets and drawers enough. Bathroom with bathtub. Suite 2: bed of 180cm X 190cm, wardrobe of 2m, tv, bathroom with jacuzzi. In the highest part is the living room, kitchen and enough crockery and a small toilet. The dining room with views of 280º to "Alt i Baix Empordà", Rosas bay and Canigó; It is like a viewpoint with large windows. in the sleeping area there is mosquito net in the windows. Air conditioning in the lounge. Wifi, tv, satellite. Private parking 4 cars. Pool towels 10€ p.p Pets € 5 / day. Tourist tax € 1,00 per day and person over 16 years. Extras to pay at destination. Access to the property is shared with the neighboring house.

Maison très belle.. Point à reprocher pas de clim dans les chambres. Pas de wifi dans la chambre du bas n'y de réseaux. Et dommage que le terrain ne soit pas clôturer il serait bien de mettre quelques barrière à des endroits pour éviter de chercher nos chien partout. Maison avec beaucoup d'étages. En tout cas nous avons passer un très bon séjour

Fantastischer Aufenthalt

Wir haben das Haus zum ersten Mal gebucht und waren auch das erste Mal in L'Escala. Kurz und knapp: Es war perfekt. Das Haus und die Lage ist traumhaft und die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und ein Teenager. Das Haus ist von weitem sichtbar und bietet einen wunderbaren Blick. Der Pool ist wirklich fantastisch und man kann die Aussicht kilometerweit geniessen. Die toll ausgestattete Außenküche ist perfekt im Sommer und wir haben jeden morgen und jeden Abend dort gegessen. Einfach perfekt und zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

Belle maison mais manque de appareils

La maison plutôt bien située bien que assez proche de la grand route à mon goût.agréable séjour mais pour un prix à.la.semaine de ce niveau. Il y a à.mon sens d choses a revoir ( palayer la.terrasse epines, changer brosse toilettes, clim , transats, compteur elec à changer, manque nbreux accessoires cuisine)

Mooi, gezellig huis.

Het was een gezellig/mooi huis. Prachtig uitzicht. Alleen de elektriciteit is een ramp. Viel dikwijls uit. Soms het hele dorp waar het huis niets aan kan doen maar meestal was het de elektriciteit binnen. Ze zijn het wel vlug komen oplossen. Maar als je maar een week verblijft en ze komen twee dagen repareren is wel wat minder. Op vakantie wil je toch even de rust en kunnen genieten. Wij hadden misschien net de pech maar ja. Op de de ene slaapkamer bovenaan zou ik ook airco plaatsen. Was warm om te slapen.

Un séjour agréable au sein d'une villa bien située

Propriété bien située, conforme aux descriptions. Mme Fernandez a été efficace du début à la fin. Elle a su se montrer rassurante pour notre réservation. Je regrette néanmoins que Mme Fernandez aie pris ma carte bancaire en photo avec son smartphone afin de réserver la caution, au lieu d'utiliser un TPE. Malgré ce léger inconvénient, je réserverai à nouveau volontiers avec IMMO-AREA. La maîtrise du français de notre hôte a été un plus non-négligeable. Je suis globalement satisfait de ma réservation. Je ne remercie par contre pas Abritel qui, dans le cadre de ma relation commerciale avec cette agence, n'a littéralement servi à rien. Nous avons tout géré en direct avec Mme Fernandez sans intervention aucune d'Abritel, qui a ponctionné 300€ lors de l'acompte en apportant une valeur ajoutée proche du néant. Pour ceux qui souhaiteraient louer ce bien immobilier pour leur vacances, vous pouvez foncer !

Verano fantástico en Torre dels Empordans!

Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos! Por la mañana nos despertaba el cantar de los pájaros. Es una torre y desde el salón, situado en la planta más alta, hay unas vistas espectaculares. La zona de barbacoa es maravillosa y la piscina infinita. Íbamos andando a playa que desde la casa se ve, el coche no lo hemos movido en todos los días. Volveremos! EFM

Bon accueil et villa impeccable. 2 suites (chambres + salle de bain) parfait pour 2 couples! Le salon à une vue impressionnante sur les alentours et légèrement sur la mer. La piscine a débordement état impeccable. Les magasins pour faire les courses sont juste à côté. La mer est à 5 minutes en voitures. Barcelone se situe à 1h30 en voiture et roca village à 1h en voiture. Le dimanche il y a un petit marché génial pour des produits frais. La plage sainte Catherine est parfaite et se situe à 10 minutes en voiture. Si nous en avons l' occasion nous y retournerons.

Deux semaines de rêve !

Amoureux de l'Escala, voilà une quinzaine d'années que nous y passons des vacances. De toutes les locations que nous avons connues, cette dernière a été la plus merveilleuse. D'un grand standing, cette tour est idéalement située avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et les Pyrénées. Loin de l'agitation de la ville, du bruit et pourtant à proximité de la plage, de grandes surfaces et à mi chemin entre Ampuries et le viel Escala. Le top: la piscine à débordement avec cette sensation de se baigner dans l'espace! Last but not least la charmante propriétaire qui se charge personnellement de l'accueil et répond à toute question par la suite ...toujours avec le sourire. Un grand merci à elle pour ce merveilleux séjour.
