There is also a shower wet room/wc on this level. Patio doors open onto the pool/garden and terrace which surrounds the villa providing plenty of space for outdoor dining and relaxation. Electric gate entry allows access to hardstanding car parking area.

Lower Floor - This level has 3 spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom with king size bed has an ensuite wet room and walk-in wardrobe, bedroom 2 has a king size bed with built in wardrobe and bedroom 3 has two single beds with built in wardrobe, a travel cot and highchair are also available, all 3 bedrooms have patio doors onto a large terrace perfect for enjoying the morning sunshine. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a large family bathroom with shower over the bath on this level.

Basement - Stairs from the bedroom level lead to the basement which has a laundry room with washing machine.
