The unit was perfect for our group. Loved the shuttle basically out front, easy to get to the Village. Had a lot of cookware for a large group, would definitely recommend.
Everything about the accommodation was excellent. The host was extremely helpful. We had a small issue with the hot tub which was resolved immediately. We had very comfortable stay.
Our group of 10 has been coming to this Chalet for 7 years and it never disappoints. It’s very spacious and well designed to accommodate a large group comfortably. Heated and ventilated change room, well equipped kitchen, private hot tub, pool table – these are just a few of many great things about this place. The hosts are very approachable and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this Chalet!

Unit wasn't completely cleaned before we got there, host apologized but also didn't do anything about it. Hot tub was older and not very hot. We got surprise visitors into the unit without our knowledge. The rest of the stay was great.

You are right we messed that up.
I am sorry your first impression of our home was not what we typically present.
The Hot tub being set to 100 Fahrenheit is not related to its age it can be increased.
I also find it startling when the hot tub technician stops by. They typically stop by every three days to make sure the hot tub is working properly.
If you decide to stay at our home next year, I would be happy to let you know the technicians schedule that week.
We had a great stay. There is so much to do there in the condo and it’s a great space for a large family or group.

Great place for a ski group. It easily accommodated our group of ten. And we were able to ski out in the mornings to the runs/lifts and ski back to a very short distance from the chalet.
This condo had lots of room for our multi- family trip. The games room was so much fun for the kids. The boot room was fantastic and so convenient for a large group to get ready to head out on the hills. Lots of sleeping options with comfy beds made this a perfect spot for us.
The home itself was nice but definitely needs a little TLC a fresh coat of paint and a few updates would go a long way. The location is Okay. I wouldn’t call it a ski in ski out. It’s really more of a walk in walk out but the hill is still very much accessible and there is a shuttle across the street if you need. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. The layout of the home is nice and having two bedrooms with ensuites is great. The shower in the master bedroom is especially nice. The host was responsive and helpful. One thing we did not like was the host sent us a message requiring us to remove our garbage and recycling and take it to the transfer station or we would be charged and additional fee on checkout. Then when we arrived the previous guests / cleaning staff left a bin full of garbage in the garage that we also took to the transfer station to avoid getting charged for someone else’s trash. In our opinion it is quite ridiculous to charge for garbage removal in an already expensive VRBO. Especially considering many people take shuttles up to big white and may not have the luxury of a rental car. So either include trash removal in your original price or don’t but adding extra fees on top for something that should be included is not cool.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I think you make some great points and we’ll make some adjustments.
Our goal is to keep our home in good working order for many years to come.
I’m sorry their was garbage left in the garage for you to deal with. That is not something that should be left behind.
We have had the pleasure of staying at Northern Lights B for several years now. We think the place is perfect - comfortable and well laid out for several couples, and well equipped for our group of foodies who love to cook and bake as much as we love to ski. The location truly is perfect for us, quiet yet not a long walk to the village, shuttle stop just steps away from the door, and of course ski in ski out convenience. Thanks again to our hosts for another great trip, and looking forward to next year.
The Northern Lights property at Big White exceeded all our expectations. From being spatious enough for 6 adults who all wanted seperate beds, to having the cupboards stocked with amenities you always want but seldom get, to a fabulous location. The host is easy to get in contact with, responsive and friendly. From start to finish an amazing experience.
This chalet was perfect. Every detail was well thought out. Very cozy and clean place to stay for a Big White ski adventure. Truly appreciate the easy communication with the hosts!
Thanks guys!!
This property was the perfect place to stay for our multi family group of three couples and three kids. It’s got a cozy cabin feel to it, but lots of space to spread out. The place was well equipped with everything you’d need to enjoy your stay. We loved the big equipment room attached to the garage to store and dry all our ski gear without cluttering the living space. It is a proper ski in ski out location with the access point only a few short minutes walk from the door step. Great place to stay, and definitely would recommend.
Our group has stayed at Northern Lights a few times now. We can't think of a better review than to say this must be one very special place for us to keep coming back. Thanks again to our hosts.
Our group of 9 just returned from Big White. It was VERY cold, but the weather only reminded us once again why we keep coming back to this Chalet year after year. Convenient ski in/out location, spacious heated changing room, cozy living space with a fireplace, well equipped kitchen to cook your hot meal in, and, of course, a hot tub - this unit has it all to make your stay nice and comfortable even during the harsh weather conditions. The hosts are always easy to contact and communicate with. Highly recommend this Chalet!
The property was as described. The host took extra effort to label all switches and locations of kitchen equipment which eased our familiarization of the property. In addition detailed instructions were provided regarding access to the resort area which made our stay more pleasant. All the extra steps that could be made to ensure we enjoyed ourselves were taken.
