Nice and quite place with a wonderful view

The place is big enough for a large family to still have some privacy. We enjoyed the views and the remoteness of the villa

Friends Hangout

Great place to stay, nearby a wedding venue and beautiful sunsets. A little unusual decor but super handy having a bathroom for everyone and a brand new kitchen was awesome.

Hello, thanks for staying at Villa VICI. We regrets that you had problems. Indeed there was a sand storm during one day that blew away the umbrellas and sand was deposited in pool and on the terraces. The next morning the team came to clean and fix everything. Kind regards, Villa VICI Team.

Beautiful villa with stunning view

This villa was similar to the pictures, only thing to improve might be the way down to the beach. But Chalikounas Beach (beautiful) isn't far away, so no problem. All in all, the check-in was without problems and everything was fine for us. Thank you

Many Thanks Matthias, This was a pleasure having you at the Villa. Indeed the path to the sea is in very bad shape and is very difficult to make it this year. This is definitively something we will work on for the next season.

Subject: Misrepresentation of “villa beach” access and multiple maintenance issuesWe booked this villa in Corfu specifically because the listing’s photos and reviews indicated there was a private “villa beach” reachable by a path directly from the property. Beach access was the deciding factor for our stay.On arrival, we discovered the gate to the beach path was locked. The property manager, Vincent, confirmed the path had been washed out and was unsafe. He also acknowledged he knew this well before our stay but did not disclose it until the day before arrival, and his position was that the listing did not “advertise a villa beach” and that we could drive to nearby beaches instead. Had we known there was no safe, direct beach access, we would have canceled and booked a different property.Beyond this major discrepancy, we encountered several avoidable issues:The pool was extremely dirty at check-in and was not cleaned until the day after we reported it.The TV had no working channels (during a World Cup summer), despite being listed as an amenity. There was an indoor wasp infestation. We were given spray to handle it ourselves instead of a professional solution. The furnishings are largely basic/flat-pack and do not match the “high-end” imp

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry your stay did not meet your expectations, and we would like to address several points in the spirit of transparency. Beach access is not mentioned anywhere in our listing — verifiable by anyone reading it today. Of 25 guest reviews, two actually describe sea access as "difficult" or "not possible" — both visible before booking. The allegation that we knowingly withheld information is something we firmly and respectfully reject. The pool was clean on arrival. Corfu frequently experiences Saharan sand events that can cover outdoor surfaces within hours — a natural and well-known phenomenon in the region. Our team was on site the very next morning and resolved it promptly. The TV and wasp concerns were unfortunately never raised with us during the stay, which meant we had no chance to help. We would have acted immediately. We genuinely care about every guest's experience, and our many five-star reviews reflect the warmth and quality we strive to offer. We hope future visitors will judge Villa VICI by the full picture.

Villa with an amazing few and Pool Area

The communication with Vincent was really great. Got all the information I needed I’m advance. The house was exactly as it looks in the pictures. Comfortable, well equipped and divided. We also had a great time outside and at the pool. In the lower apartments, unfortunately, you had no wifi signal and the access to the own beach was unfortunately not accessible. This was a bit said, as it was a major point why we chose the villa. Apart from these two points, we had a really great time on Corfu. Thank you Vincent, for your trust.

Great villa for groups

We just had a lovely stay at Villa Vici. We made it down to the private beach, but it was very precarious and actually a bit rough waters that day. Pool is a great size with a good bit of grass to the side that meant the boys had somewhere to play football! The only thing is that you have to drive everywhere from the villa. It would have been nice for the teens to be able to go out on their own occasionally. But it didn’t dampen our enjoyment. We found a lovely little beach about 10 mins up the coast, with a taverna perched at the top of the steps down - Prasoudi Beach. It’s a shame there’s nowhere for guests to write their discoveries down for others to see, hence mentioning here. We also had the most amazing boat trip with Nautilus Daily Cruises Corfu. Was a huge highlight. Would highly recommend!!

Perfect villa by the sea

We were a group of 12 people made of 3 families with teenage kids and we spent 10 days at villa Vici end of June - beginning of July. The villa is nicely decorated, clean and spacious with enough room for everyone. The kitchen has all the modern equipment. The swimming pool is great, regularly cleaned and well maintained. The private access to the sea is difficult, but doable if you are fit. This is actually the only point for improvement for the villa facilities. We were a bit worried about potential heat wave, but the weather was mild and enjoyable during our stay with day temperatures not getting above 30 degrees. You definitely need a car to reach grocery stores or tavernas. All the good recommendations are available in the villa’s app, which was super helpful. All in all we had a wonderful stay at villa Vici, highly recommended for a holiday rent if like us you are a Corfu aficionado!

Amazing Villa in a brilliant location!

We stayed at Villa Vici for 10 days as an extended family of 13, and had a fantastic time! The villa is extensive with multiple levels, meaning time can be spent comfortably both together or separately. The rooms/ apartments have en suites or nearby bathrooms which is an added bonus, and the rooms are generously spaced apart (good for both late-nighters and early wake-ups!) The location of the villa is fantastic, with incredible views! It is secluded enough to give good privacy, peace and quiet, but there are good amenities nearby such as one of the local Tavernas, Alonaki Bay, which we visited multiple times through our stay and would thoroughly recommend for both food and drinks. Our contact and host, Vincent, couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, and was always very quick to respond to any issues or questions we had. We received a comprehensive welcome pack before arrival with information about the villa, local recommendations and other useful information which was much appreciated! Overall, we all had an amazing time here and would definitely recommend staying here to others! Hope to visit again soon - thank you for a brilliant holiday!

Amazing Views and sea breexes

This house is located in a very private location with a wonderful view of the sea. We were happy to find many amenities such as ice packs, coolers, paddle balls, pool floats, card games, and many more small touches. We had plenty of room and all of the bedrooms were air conditioned and very comfortable. The sea breeze is amazing in the main house. The kitchen was very well stocked. My family and I enjoyed the pool. We had a few unfortunate events due to storms on the island, but the owners made sure they were fixed (lost internet for 3 days and pool pump failed so the pool was not accessible for a day). Aries, the caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the local restaurants very much. This house is perfect for children (we had 5 with us) and larger groups with much room to spread out. I would recommend this property for anyone hoping to have a home base that is private, has great activities (pool, games...),needs a lot of space and wants an outstanding view.

Vielen Dank 🙏🏼
