About this property
House "El Refugio" (VV.2526.AS)
The Refuge is a little house in the middle of a wide vegetation, ideal to rest and disconnect from the worldly noise. Due to its geographical location, El Refugio is located in the heart of the cider region, just 7 km from the center of Villaviciosa, 15 km from Rodiles beach and 35 km from the Covadonga Lakes and very close to villages fisheries such as Bowls, Ballasts, Cudillero, Luanco and Candas. In the area there are several routes for walking or cycling if you prefer, alone or with your family.
It consists of fully equipped kitchen with utensils, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, zumera, toaster, washing machine .. living room with TV and sofa bed, toilet, bathroom with shower and bedroom with double bed and TV. Outside there is a garden area and barbecue. It is totally isolated, there are no neighbors adjacent to what there are no common areas. It has good parking next to the house.

La casa es una maravilla. Tiene todo lo necesario para poder pasar unos días sin necesidad de comprar las cosas básicas. Tanto para cocinar como de limpieza.Está decorada con muy buen gusto y todo muy limpio.El entorno es espectacular. Muy recomendable

Encantados con la casa, muy acogedora, el lugar y el trato de Silvia, que ha sido atenta y amable en todo momento. Además, la ubicación es perfecta. Muy cercano a Villaviciosa, gozando de la tranquilidad de la naturaleza. Desde luego, para repetir.

Lo mejor del sitio es su localizacion para moverte por la zona y la tranquilidad del entorno.
Casa muy bien equipada
Muy agradable la zona ajardinada con la barbacoa...pena de la climatologia que no nos ha permitido disfrutarlo mas.

La casa es muy cómoda, Silvia ha estado atenta y ha procurado ser útil en todo momento. Al ser el edredón demasiado grueso a nuestro gusto nos acercó el mismo día que se lo dije una manta.
La casa dispone de todo lo necesario para hacer cómoda tu estancia. El jardín con su mesa y barbacoa da mucho juego. La zona dispone de varias sendas circulares para hacer un poco de ejercicio.

Cuando llegamos vimos que la casa era más grande de lo que aparenta en las fotos. Es un alojamiento cómodo con una cocina útil. El entorno es espectacular. Silvia muy atenta. recomendable al 100%
