Ground Floor Air Conditioned - On Highly Regarded Club Albufeira.

This is a modern apartment on the well established Club Albufeira Resort. South facing and in an elevated position, it gives views over the resorts exceptional gardens. The apartment comfortably accommodates 6 people. The patio area is well positioned with no passers by. It offers 2 twin bedrooms, (one en-suite) and 1 family bathroom each with bath, shower, bidet and razor points. The lounge and master bedroom open onto the terrace and lawn area. Sun-loungers, patio furniture & BBQ are also provided. Comfortably furnished to a high standard, it has a well equipped kitchen and washing machine. TV (AMLA over 200 channels in English,French, German, Dutch etc) with DVD player are provided. Broadband Internet access in the apartment via Lazer Telecom router is provided 100 Mb/s. (Not Club Albufeira WiFi which is expensive, slow and limited to areas near reception or restaurant) A high-chair or cot can be provided at small extra cost. English is spoken by most Clube Albufeira staff and our manager is Ukranian and will assist you if any problems occur. Service includes linen and bathroom towels.


FAMILIES: This is a highly suitable apartment for families. It is on the ground floor and opens onto a patio area and lawn. The apartment is so positioned that there are no passers by so you have unique privacy that other apartments do not have. Windows have steel shutters and locks for your added security. We also provide a safe free of charge. The pool areas have children's pools and life guards in season. The club complex has CCTV coverage and 24 hrs reception for your security and convenience. The area is also unobtrusively gated and fenced.
GOLFERS! You are within easy striking distance of most of the Algarve Golf courses. There are 6 local courses at Valderama including The Millennium, The Old Course, The championship quality course and The Victoria which hosts the World Championships. Locally is Selgados and Pinta is not too far away. Car hire is reasonable and arrangeable for pick up and return at airport.
LONG TERM LETS: Rates are by negotiation and very popular.

The apartment itself is on one level on the ground floor with outside patio area from master bedroom and lounge areas. Access could be possible for disabled persons, or a person with mobility difficulties. However wheelchair use within the apartment may prove difficult. The floors of the apartment are tiles throughout and consideration should be given to this if walking sticks are used. Access is possible for a disabled person if using a car, as they may drive to the door of the apartment and park at front door.

Comfortable and spacious apartment

Lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen and TV with English channelsQuiet peaceful location with plenty of outdoor seating. Easy parking outside and central location on the site.

Lovely apartment in great location

We stayed for one week in this apartment and it had everything we could possibly need and more, the owners have thought of everything ! It is in a really lovely position with great private garden area. Clube Albufeira itself is fanatstic, very safe and well laid out with 4 really good swimming pools to chose from. There are restaurants onsite and also nearby, and of course ubers are also readily available to bring to the old Town for a few euro. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others. We hope to be back some day!

Good location & public transport close by if you don’t have a car.

The apartment complex is in a great location, close to the old town (15 mins walk) Apartment had “little extras” like teabags, hand soap, washing soap & lots of towels, which are great if you arrive late in the evening! Overall a great choice.

Nice with few tweaks required

The starting was quite horrible with the check-in process, especially with the late night check-in. Was not very clean. Some toiletries would be good especially to wash hands when one arrives. The garden needs to be maintained. However, the apartment is beautiful, very practical, has almost everything you can imagine, in the kitchen, in the store, in the living area, everywhere. All in all it was very nice, just needs some maintenance and deep cleaning 😊.

Excellent apartment

Just at faro heading home after a great holiday We stayed in Clube Albufeira resort. I have to say it was great and our apartment was fab. The apartment was immaculate. Very spacious with 2 large double/twin bedrooms. One of which had enough room for a cot and had a large ensuite bathroom. There was another bathroom, a bath with overhead shower. The water pressure was great. A comfortable living room with sofabed if you need bit of extra sleeping space. In case someone snores and is evicted from bedrooms.... Just saying LOL.. A handy size clean kitchen. Had all the essentials that we needed for 4 adults and an infant. It was a home from home for us all. Our best surprise was when we decided to stay a few days longer. The apartment owner was very accommodating as it wasn't already booked and let us stay on. I would totally recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of staying here. Thank you so much for making our holiday perfect

L'arrivée s'est faite via une boite à clefs donc parfait niveau flexibilité des horaires. La cuisine et autres éléctro ménagers étaient parfaitement fonctionnels. Très bon séjour vraiment. Le club est vraiment bien.

Great

Really good location for all pools on the resort, right in the middle! The owner was really helpful and quick to respond with any questions! No issues whilst there at all, cleaner came once a week to change the sheets etc, would have no issues in booking the same apartment again!

First impression was great loved the apartment and resort.

We liked it very much and when we did have a minor problem it was sorted out right away.Plenty seating outside with a large table so we had lunch outside every day,no rain in 2 weeks

Very happy with the property, clean, tidy and good communication with owner and local contact

Plenty room and comforts to feel at home on hols. We had a great time and enjoyed the complex with its great pools and decent places to eat out. The free bus to the old town was a great addition and only around 7 euros for a taxi back. Shop on site is pricy but the Pongo Doce nearby was well used. Had a small prob with the hob which the local manager fixed. Very happy and would return to this complex and this apartment.

Very nice apartment with lovely outside space.

We had a really enjoyable holiday at Club Albuifera. There were 4 swimming pools, the restaurants and snack bars served good food. Taxis in and back from Albuifera were reasonable. We did not have a car which made the resort a bit hilly for us in the heat. We enjoyed Aqua Aerobics in the Cascada pool and the entertainment at night at Restaurant Casa Azul.

Great Discreet Spot You You Will not Regret Booking

Congratulations to Des on a great apartment and thanks to Eileen who is on hand locally to make everyone's stay a pleasant one. You make a great team! We had a mechanical problem with the washer and thought "probably not going to be fixed during our stay due to the local laid back culture" We had not taken into consideration Eileen's can do attitude; Hey presto within 24 hours laundry on the go. The apartment is spacious and comfortable It has a well equipped kitchen stocked with all the utensils you will need, The bedrooms are spacey and are roomy enough , The garden is great and private, This apartment will not disappoint and the Club Albufeira is a great location for a family holiday ,very clean and the on-site catering is good. The locals are great and there is a Pingo Doce supermarket within a ten minute walk ,Portuguese Value for money. Local red wine £1-99 a bottle and very drinkable . Excellent location , near all the swimming pools.

Lovely spacious, private, airy apartment. we had a great time here , everything you needed was available. Slight problem with the washing machine , but the site manager sorted this for us straight away. Great location but i would say a car is needed unless you want to rely on the site's taxis and mini bus. Perhaps the apartment could of had some information regarding the local area , always handy when your holidaying for the first time. Would visit again, Thank you,

This delightful and extremely spacious apartment on clube albufeira was absolutely perfect. Fully equipped clean and charming. A lovely private garden with sunshine all day long. The complex has lovely swimming pools with all amenities. We loved albufeira old town which is very authentic with beautiful restaurants. We will definitely be coming back and would fully recommend this apartment.

Great apartment in a great location

Our third visit to Clube Albufeira, which in itself tells you something. Apartment is perfectly located so you can get to all 4 pool areas very easily.it is situated in the higher part of the complex so make sure you get a lift with your luggage. Apartment had everything we needed for a great stay, the WiFi came in very handy in avoiding roaming fees. Very clean, well equipped and in a nice quiet location. No hesitations in recommending this apartment. A bit more charcoal for the BBQ wouldn't go a miss 🍜

Well located,equipped,clean,comfortable apartment.

This was our second visit to Clube Albufeira, but our first to this particular apartment. We found the apartment to be well located with easy access to all 4 swimming pools, apartment was well equipped and clean. We would recommend the restaurant at the lower pool " El Pavilhao" for a reasonably priced meal with good service and excellent food. Also within the Old Town a visit to the "Atrium Restaurant" is highly recommended and a particular favourite of ours where traditional Portuguese food is served, and musical entertainment provided (Tuesday,Wednesday & Saturday). Overall we had a very enjoyable stay, with our party consisting of 2 adults and 2 girls 16,13.

Great apartment on lovely complex

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in June 2014. The apartment is a a great size, with space for two couples and two children (1 year olds). It had everything we could need; well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, washing machine, BBQ and sun loungers to relax while the children had their naps. Clube Albuferia is a very nice complex of apartments, with great pools with snack bars alongside. We hired a car while we was in Portugal and found it very useful as Clube Albuferia is a 15 minute walk out of Albufeira old town. We used Zitauto who were excellent. Overall I'd thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Excellent stay

Stayed here for 2weeks and had a brilliant stay, apartment was very clean and comfortable. Also was stocked with tea bags,sauces etc so was great for when we arrived after a long journey. Loved the patio and garden,was nice and safe for kids to go out and play. Pools were clean and always a space for you no matter what time you went for. Reception staff could be a bit more helpful at times hence 4 stars. Resturants and shops are in walking distance but would maybe be better getting a taxi/bus if you have small children. All in all we would go back again.
