About this property

Dog friendly with Awesome views and a new cargo lift!

Our cottage was completely remodeled in 2022 thanks to Sally. We have just added a new cargo lift to help with heavy items (guests must abide by listed rules and are responsible for any damage due to irresponsible use).

Lee Lee's cottage sleeps 7 people comfortably (1 newer memory foam king in master, 1 newer king and twin memory foam beds in 2nd BR, 1 double/twin bunk in 3rd BR, and new leather black sofa with double recliners, and newer leather loveseat. Newer smart TV in living room, all bedrooms have a smart TV (master has only Roku stick, guest room has brand new smart tv, Bunkroom has brand new Smart TV. If you need to stay in touch with the real world bring your laptop-we provide free wifi. The new kitchen with granite and soft close new cabinets is fully equipped and lots of room to make family meals together. Brand new oven/range with air fry feature. Dual coffee maker works as regular carafe or single K-cups. Both bathrooms have been remodeled-master has walk in shower with removable bath seat. Storm door with dog door. Full size washer and dryer is off of the kitchen.

We love all dogs of all sizes and breeds, but guests are responsible for any and all damage caused by your dogs. If they sleep with you, guests must bring your own linens. Guests must tell us about their dogs (2) at the time of reservation-there is a $135 non-refundable fee per stay (not per dog).

There is a propane grill under the house. Plenty of seating on upper deck as well as under the house. There are chair cushions in the storage boxes on upper deck and under house box. Please put cushions back in box before leaving or during bad weather. Winds in Ft. Morgan can be quite strong. Please bring your own beach towels. There is a good collection of beach toys in storage closet on the ground level, if you want nice beach chairs please bring your own.

Recombinant exercise bike in bunk room closet as well as 2 adult bikes in toy closet--USE AT OWN RISK (might need minor maintenance due to salty air). We do have security cameras onsite-they are all outside. For June/July need to have Saturday-Saturday bookings. Please treat our home as your own-this is our retirement home-not just a vacation rental :)

Heaven on the beach!

Everything was so perfect. Check-in process was supper easy. Kitchen was fully equipped with all essentials needed! Definitely has an amazing few of the beach and only a short walk to the sand! Perfect location.

Great house

My family just returned from this rental. This house was very well stocked with kitchen utensils, the AC worked great and it was very quiet. The location is great. I had several communications with the owner and she was always quick to respond. Will definitely return to this location!!

Property was as described! Nice, peaceful, quiet location! Beaches not too crowded and house was clean and spacious! House was equipped with everything for cooking and even had supplies I’ve never been given in other homes I’ve stayed in! Will return hopefully for a future stay!

Beautiful front view

This house was very nice. The view from the front of the house was beautiful. We could sit in the living room and look out across the ocean. Just steps to the beach. Our 9year old daughter loved all the different beach toys in the toy room. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to family and friends.

Perfect! Rented for a Wedding & it was just what we needed just across the street. Lee Ann was SUPER helpful and quick to respond. Hope to visit again soon when we can spend a week & have more time for a little R & R. Your place was so welcoming and you decorate Beautifully. Lots of updates needed

Our goal for our family beach trip was to be on the beach and hang out on the beach and eat at home. Advertised was working kitchen and utensils. Stove had an eye that caught fire and other eyes cooked very slowly. Oven only had a top burner so food cooked slowly and unevenly. All the drawers in bedrooms kept getting off track. All cookware and utensils are way last due for an update. When we got there cleaning lady was there but we heard no washing machine going. There were still pretzels on the floor and dust all over and the sheets didn't smell fresh. Recliner was broken and had bandaids on them. Sliding door hard to open. Lights in the downstairs area weren't working so couldn't have games at night. The roof had a little leak in 2 areas in the hallway. In the master bedroom the bed is against a wall that has a plastic shelf close to your head so if you roll over just right you hit your head on it. The location was beautiful though, not directly on the beach but great view and access to the beach. my biggest problem was, I didn't plan to write a review bc I didn't want to deter anyone from staying but I informed the owner of the problems and how it made our planned stay uncomfortable with all the things wrong. I didn't expect any refund but I did expect comfort and things that were advertised to be working and the owner to act like they care you were displeased with your stay. Unfortunately she only responded with thanks for letting me know, I'll have my handy man look.

Wonderful Beach Home!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property is updated, clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. The rooms are pleasant and the beds are comfortable. Best of all, it is so close to the beach and has a great, direct view of the ocean. I highly recommend this beach home!

Great stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Lee Lee's Cottage. Everything was perfect. Had everything we needed to make our stay just like home. Was perfect location within steps to the beautiful beach and no crowds. Spent our mornings on the front deck watching the dolphins and our evenings listening to the sounds of the ocean.

Great vacation

The property was lovely inside out side needs a good cleaning trash in yard and my husband actually cleaned the cement under the house and he unstopped the drain in tub in the hallway bath. I would suggest getting rid of the dining table in the living room and putting in another couch or lice seat so very one can sit together and adding some more chairs on the deck. The sliding glass door no red repair or replacement be as it is be very hard to to in open and close a gate the is attached to be the railing at the top of the stairs would be nice for the dog. And lastly be a table and chair set on the lower level so you can eat out side as the picnic table is so wobbly be and in need of repair we were afraid to sit at it up and he a gas grill be would be e great. Beds were comfy the house off was clean I would definitely stay again
