New duplex penthouse, all exterior 128 meters of housing. Large terrace with beautiful mountain views. 3 km from Sagunto and 8 km from the Port of Sagunto. Near the Sierra Calderona. Beach 8 km. Very cheap seasonal pool in front of the house. Ideal for couples, couples with children. It is in a very quiet village ideal for resting and enjoying the countryside and the beach.
Very bright space. It consists of 4 rooms two at the bottom and two at the top. Large exclusive terrace of the house with mountain views to relax. Housing located in a mountain area to practice trails and visit places of tourist interest such as the Castle of Sagunto, and the mountain of Santo Espiritu where to practice hiking while enjoying some of the best beaches in Valencia, Puerto de Sagunto a 8km and Canet de Berenguer with cheap restaurants. Oven and pharmacy in the village. Supermarket nearby. Fast access to the highway and bypass. Located 25 km from Valencia.

A great base to explore the local area
The apartment is spacious, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was very clean, and everything worked. The location is in a small quiet village, which was lovely. From Petres it was easy to explore Sagunto, Valencia, Montanejos, Peniscola, and other places. We enjoyed hiking, beach visits, the City of Arts and Sciences and more. Antonio was a great host, easy to communicate with (with the help of Google translate!), and very accommodating. Many thanks!

Tout a été parfait, l'appartement très bien situé en face de la piscine, proche restaurants.
Il est spacieux, fonctionnel et tres propre.
