The main floor includes 3 bedrooms (with 2 king size beds and 1 queen size bed) two bathrooms, a full kitchen with all appliances, work space, large living room facing a large 2 sliding glass doors to the outside water view, and walk-out screened patio. The Bluewaters Retreat Luxury home is nestled in a quiet waterfront property surrounded by farms, trees and many eco friendly features. Enjoy beautiful sceneries of flocks of geese and ducks on waters and peasants and many humming birds flying by. Just 15 - 20 minutes drive to the Charlottetown city centre, the capital city of PEI, with historic waterfront of Fathers of Confederation Landing, Confederation Centre of the Arts, Historic Charlottetown Province House and Victoria park. 45 minute drive to Cavendish, the Anne of Green Gable and Cavendish beach. 25 minutes to Wood Island Ferry and 10 minutes to the Orwell Corner Historic Village on panoramic Points East Costal drive. You will enjoy the inspiring experience the spectacular sun rise with beautiful array of colors in the morning and through the until the sunset.
The luxury home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main floor. The spacious master bedroom has a walk-in closet. Wonderful, secluded family time.

Overlooks the changing tides of the Northumberland Straight and Beach. Spacious, well equipped indoors and also amenities to also enjoy the outdoors.

Beautiful spot for a girls' weekend

What a great spot for our girls' trip. The hosts were great to communicate with and the house is clean, spacious, and in a beautiful spot. We were close to everything we needed and had no issues with anything. Would highly recommend for your Island stay!

A beautiful spot!

We loved our time here, the pictures didn't do it justice! It was peaceful and spacious, and perfect for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Our kids enjoyed the big yard and swimming in the ocean (water shoes might be a good idea!). We'll look to come back the next time we're in PEI.

The blue water retreat was a perfect home for our family gathering.

The house was so clean and well stocked with everything you would need for our week. The location was close enough for restaurants and shopping. The scenery from the screened porch was amazing watching the tide. The private beach front was definitely a plus for this vacation home. Would definitely recommend this home to our family and friends. The hostess was very accommodating to our needs.

Had a great time, my only concern would be the size of the refrigerator especially when there were 6 of us and trying to stock up for a week with limited space made it a bit difficult....Otherwise all was good😊

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay. The covered porch was the most popular spot in the house. We were very thankful for the AC units in the bedrooms, for it was very hot the entire time we were there. The view was stunning!! Everyone enjoyed exploring when the tide went out, providing hours of fun. Location was great! Very quiet road, yard was huge!

Beyond our expectations!

This beautifully furnished home on the water provided us with everything we needed for our three day stay. We spent a lot of time on the screened porch... so beautiful, quite and peaceful. The host couple were so very nice. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place on the water, this is it.

Beautiful house and location

We stayed at this great house for a week and could not have asked for a better location to see the island. You are steps from the ocean but close to everything you need. The views from the house are incredible and watching the tide roll in and out are so peaceful. Everything you need is in this beautiful home. It is so peaceful you never want to leave and the hosts are very friendly. We would highly recommend this unit.

Vacation 2022

We had a wonderful stay for the first 6 nights. Beautiful property which was totally equipped for a perfect stay. However, with Hurricane Leona arriving on the last day of our stay it forced us to leave one day early and we are so glad we did as the property lost its hydro and the Confederation Bridge was closed for 3 days so we got off the island just in time. Otherwise it was a perfect holiday and hosts were wonderful!

Beach front beauty

The house was spacious and had a wonderful beach front and very spacious back lawn. Enjoyed walking out on the beach at high tide. I was surprised to see that another part of the house was rented out so we were surprised to see other ppl on the property (ie peaking inside our bedroom window). The owners live in the basement although we never saw them once. Overall a great location and property.

Most relaxing location

The location of this property is excellent if you prefer a calm, quiet vacation. It is located right by the water and has its own beach access. You can spend hours sitting on the screened in porch to enjoy the view, or roam along the beach and shallow, warm waters to explore sea life. The amenities of the cottage exceeded what I would expect from a cottage. The only criticism, I would have is that the cottage needs a mini split in the living room/kitchen area, as it was extremely hot, and it didn't cool down enough at night to get a cool breeze in the house. The bedrooms have air conditioning, and it was much appreciated. We had a great stay!!!!

A beautiful PEI experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue Waters. It really is very well-equipped with the comforts of home. As well as soaking in the stunning views and cooking some wonderful meals together as we enjoyed our time at the house, it proved to be a great launching off point for our daily tours around the island. The kids had a blast exploring at low tide with the vast expanse of beach. I would highly recommend this spot and hope to be back again! Many thanks to our gracious hosts as well who made everything very seamless. Such happy memories that we are taking away from this PEI experience. Thank you! The Emersons

My husband and I stayed at Bluewaters from Aug 9-16th and we could not be more delighted with our accommodations. The house is spacious, bright and clean. The beds are very comfortable and with not one but two bedrooms with King beds plus a bedroom with a queen, there is plenty of room for at least six people. There are two seating areas with comfortable sofas and a large kitchen and dining area. The home is very well equipped and stocked for a wonderful vacation experience including soaps, detergents, towels, garbage bags etc…The screen porch facing the water is a great place to relax and access to the water is easy. This vacation home met and exceeded our expectations. The hosts are gracious and helpful and available for emergencies. The breaker flipped one night during a storm and within a short time it was taken care of. The home is well connected to all the highlights of the Eastern part of the island and Charlottetown less than a half hour away. The views of the red cliffs across the bay are stunning. The shoreline is great for swimming or walking. We would highly recommend this home and we are looking forward to a second visit soon.

Island Vacation

A beautiful place to stay. Lots of room for three couples. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and accommodated all of our needs. We spent most of our time either outside or in the large screened in sun room. And the scenery was breathtaking.

Amazing summer vacaton

We had such a great time during our stay. The house is big enough to easily accommodate 6 people. Large lawn and private beach. The house has everything you need to feel yourself at home and independent. Everything inside and outside is decorated with a lot of taste. The house is located in a quiet place about 20-minute drive from grocery stores, drugstore, etc. Lots of countryside views around! We had a fantastic time and would love to be back! Friends Getaway

Property is as advertised..lots of space for 6 adults to spread out. We all loved the screened in porch and the outdoor fire pit. The little touches were great..soaps, shampoos and a bottle of wine. We would definitely recommend this vacation home and hope to return.
