The compact modern kitchen with granite countertop, is thoughtfully equipped with Bosch dishwasher, induction cooktop, disposal, stainless steel cookware, and new refrigerator. Enjoy a dedicated morning coffee station with both single-cup pod brewing and traditional 4 cup coffee maker.

Spotlessly clean and recently updated, the remodel includes new lighting, flooring, hardware, and appliances.

The bathroom is stocked with soft white hotel-quality towels and includes added grab bars in the tub area for extra safety.

When you come home in the evening, you can
relax with TV programs, a Netflix movie, BBQ on the grill, or walk 2 minutes to the public club house or Wanaka Lake for sunset.
But most of all.....this is a comfortable, quiet place to lay your weary head.

I often host couples visiting friends or family nearly, and guests who have children in the area. It's also a great fit for those exploring the region with a potential move in mind. The location makes it easy to reach several nearby cities, as well as the mountains and the scenic Rocky Mountain National Park.
