This newly remodeled one bedroom apartment features wall to wall living room windows with peaceful hillside and golf course surroundings. The bedroom includes a queen size bed with high quality linens and a spacious walk in closet.

The compact modern kitchen with granite countertop, is thoughtfully equipped with Bosch dishwasher, induction cooktop, disposal, stainless steel cookware, and new refrigerator. Enjoy a dedicated morning coffee station with both single-cup pod brewing and traditional 4 cup coffee maker.

Spotlessly clean and recently updated, the remodel includes new lighting, flooring, hardware, and appliances.

The bathroom is stocked with soft white hotel-quality towels and includes added grab bars in the tub area for extra comfort and safety.

I think you'll enjoy the counter-height bistro table and swivel chairs poitioned to take in the outdoor views while dining and relaxing.

The apartment includes YouTube TV and access to news, sports, and popular entertainment channels.

For longer stays, a private laundry room located just off the garage is available for guests staying 3 nights or more.

Outside your pivate entrance, enjoy a small patio area with grill, table and chairs,--perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Everything about my stay was perfect. The space is large enough for one or two people and beautifully appointed. Lots of little extras that added to the comfort. The lighting inside and along the flagstone path were great additions. Cool patio that leads onto a walking path around the golf course and in the neighborhood. Dawn was always available if needed and I cannot wait to go back.

Beautifully quaint in gorgeous setting

This is a must for anyone looking for a quaint home away from home that provides easy access to Denver, Boulder and the highways to head to the mountains. Easily a 5-star accommodation with a private entrance and beautiful views and trails around the golf course. Highly recommend and I plan to stay here again when I’m heading to the Denver area.

Amazing apartment with plenty of space. Beautiful yard with nice walking trail on the golf course steps from your door step. Kitchen had everything you could imagine an then some! Host was especially welcoming and greeted us on our arrival an showed us everything we needed to know. Super hospitable!Would definitely recommend staying there again - we visited our Buff at CU Boulder so a quick trip by car to campus.

Great couple --able to adjust and compromise on arrival days and time as I had planned a couple days in NM. Then they left apt was in excellent condition. My cleaning lady had to fill in as I went in for emergency eye surgery. Really nice to have reliable and courious renters. I don't think they even knew what was happening. Just really good people.

Home base Rocky Mountains

Property is immaculate! Very quiet location. The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need. Twenty minutes to Boulder and a little over 1 hour drive to Rocky Mountains NP. Lots of grocery stores, Walmart and restaurants close by. Great communication from owner.

When you come home in the evening, you can
relax with TV programs, a Netflix movie, BBQ on the grill, or walk 2 minutes to the public club house for sunset and a drink.
But most of all.....this is a comfortable, quiet place to lay your weary head.

What makes this property unique

I often host couples visiting friends or family nearly, and guests who have children in the area. It's also a great fit for those exploring the region with a potential move in mind. The location makes it easy to reach several nearby cities, as well as the mountains and the scenic Rocky Mountain National Park.
