🌅 Sunset detached Villa – Peaceful Retreat with Sea & Mountain Views
✨Dear Guest,
Welcome to Sunset Villa, a serene escape set in one of Çatalköy’s quietest and most scenic areas. From every room, you’ll enjoy breathtaking sea and mountain views — a truly peaceful setting where only birdsong breaks the silence.
Our villa is fully detached, meaning the entire building shown in the first picture will be exclusively yours throughout your stay. The garden, enclosed by walls on all four sides, is completely private, allowing you to relax and unwind in total comfort.
The pool is accessed through a small gate directly from your garden, offering easy and convenient entry. Opposite the pool, there are two small adjoining villas. One is owned by a lady in her sixties who lives there quietly on her own. The second villa is also rented to guests, with a maximum occupancy of four people (including children). In previous years, it has mostly welcomed couples.
You are highly likely to enjoy using the pool as if it were private for most of the day, for two reasons. Firstly, outside visitors are not permitted. Secondly, as there are four beautiful sandy beaches within a five to ten-minute drive, guests often choose to spend some days at the beach instead.

I was born in Cyprus. I am retired from the army. But I went to university before retirement. My second profession is Psychological Counselor and Psychotherapist. I was a lecturer at a university 2009-2019. I am accepting clients in my own clinic.
I live in Nicosia with my wife and two children.
We have been hosting guests in our own houses for 5 years. One detached villa which name is Sunset Villa and one semi detached villa in Kyrenia. Both of them share the same swimming pool.

Property is a brilliant location for the whole family, located in a rural setting surrounded by beautiful nature and away from any hustle & bustle but close enough to helpful amenities and attractions situated.
What makes this property unique
Sunset Villa is in a very quiet area, the sea and mountain views are fascinating, and the large windows and balcony doors provide plenty of light and view.
There are very few other users compared to other shared pools. The only other users of the pool are two ladies and a gentleman.
