Hello Ortrud, Thank you for your testimonial and very glad that you have enjoyed your stay at our place. Just to make no confusion regarding the location and the distances: The apartment is located in the city center, actually some 50-70 meters from the area which is in fact the UNESCO World Heritage Site (Old town of Split). The walls of the Diocletian’s Palace (heart of the old town and UNESCO site) are already at 100-150 meters from the apartment, which is about a minute walking distance. The beginning of the main city promenade (Riva) is about 300 meters (2-3 minutes) by foot if you make no stops on your way to the city harbour. The port of Split (with ferries to the islands) is also about the same distance; depending of the pier you need to get, from 3 up to 10 minutes walking. The main bus station is also located within the harbour area, therefore about 10 minutes walking or less. Many thanks again for being our guests and hope to meet you again. Best regards! Hello Jonathan, Thank you for your testimonial and for staying at our apartment in Split. We are very glad that you had a great stay at our place. Just to confirm that the apartment is exactly as described and as one can see from the photos: The apartment has 50 square meters and there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen / living room with a small loggia (balcony). The master bedroom is equipped with a large, king size double bed and additional sofa bed; the smaller bedroom is equipped with a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilette, bidet and sink. In the “kitchen” there is a kitchen area for cooking (stove, oven, fridge, sink) and a table with 4 chairs. In addition, there is a “working table”, an LCD TV with international channels and a loggia with two chairs and small table. The kitchen area is designed as for cooking & dining as well as for a kind of “living room”. As you have mentioned regarding the layout, there is no real family living room at the apartment, but no family living room is actually mentioned in our description. On the other hand, as you have also pointed out, the apartment is in perfect location, in the heart of Split and close to it all; less than a minute from the Diocletian’s palace walls; few minutes by foot from the promenade, the harbour, the train and the main bus station and also within 10 minutes walking from the sandy beach of Bacvice.
