This beachfront condo is nestled quietly along the shore of Okaloosa Island. Aqua Villa #101 holds two bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Positioned on the corner of the Aqua Villa resort, you will enjoy extra privacy and extra windows to let in the Florida sunshine. This first-floor condo offers easy access to the beach and to the community pool. During your stay you will have all the comforts of home, including a fully-equipped kitchen, private patio access, and free Wifi. Book your vacation today!

Perfect Location

We stayed with a one year old and a 4 year old. The downstairs corner unit was perfect. The children had a small yard to play and we the adults had a small outside area to sit at night. The unit was perfect for us!

Quick spring break get away

Ground floor, corner unit that was steps to the beach. #win Price was fair. #win Unit needs repairs and the furnishings are pretty worn. We feel like we got what we paid for and we were able to enjoy our break! Management company was awesome.

VRBO should go back to being listed by OWNER

Southern Rentals manages this place. The first problem is that the picture of the view is deceiving. You do not see the pool from this unit. You see a patch of grass and a wall between you and the beach. You can see over the wall if you walk up to it. The second problem is lack of response by the management. On our first day, the fire alarm for the building went off early in the morning during a rain and wind storm. The alarm was going off for at least 20 minutes before I finally called 911 and got the fire dept. to come. I have to say the fire dept. came very quickly after they were alerted. They said the dialer must not be working. No idea what caused the alarm to go off, but I do know people were smoking in their condos, so may have set off the smoke alarm. One of the condo owners , though, said the individual smoke alarms are not connected to the building alarm. ????? If that's true, what is the point of having them? Anyway, the alarm went off again the day before we left. And again, I had to call 911. The fireman said , again, that the dialer was not working. If you value your life, you may want to avoid staying in this building. I contacted Southern Rentals about the fire alarm and also about the problem we had with NO INTERNET (by text because that seemed to be the only way to get through). I was told I would be contacted by the building supervisor, but we never heard a thing from him. Aside from no view the unit was sufficient and comfortable, but I would never stay here again and I will never do business with Southern Rental again.

We believe the picture you are referring to shows the view of the pool from above and we used that one to show the size and shape of the pool and the pool deck. Everything was just OK.

Property managers weren't helpful. Wifi didn't work nor the ice maker. After asking for help the issues were never fixed. Building is next to a dumpster and behind a gas station. The pool and beach being close was nice. Having a grassy space to yourself was also nice. Everything was OK.

The property was a little dated but in a great location. We did have a problem with the air conditioner but a technician was out immediately and they went over and beyond our expectations

Very short walk to pool and beach-great for kids and seniors

Condo was very clean including the kitchen and bathrooms. I cooked our meals and all the necessary pans, utensils and baking dishes were in the condo. We had a nice patio area. We will stay here again.

50’s chic beach condo

The Aqua Villas has an old beach feel. You walk down a hallway to a pool gate to get the the front door of the condos. They’re very cute small apartment like condo. This one is perfect for older people who want a quite spot on ground level. It’s a corner condo and has a small yard by the glas sliding door. The kitchen is well stocked but the can opener was broken but we made due. My husband really wished there was a 10 inch skillet to make bacon for breakfast. The sliding glass door was heavy and kinda hard to unlock but that was an advantage for us have a 3 year old, nice knowing he could open it. When we arrived the front door didn’t have a dead bolt and our son opened the front door right up which was a huge concern because we were right at the pool. We contacted the rental company and they had the property manager right out to install One. Very prompt response. Beds were comfy, plenty of extra pillows and blankets and excellent towels! Easy beach access through a gate, four stairs up to the gate which if you don’t have a wagon and are hauling a ton of beach stuff could be hard. Luckily we had a wagon. We had a fabulous time and enjoyed the easy access to everything and the ocean was wonderful. The sand was so white and soft. Would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a cute condo.

On the beach

We loved our stay at Aqua Villa. You could see the white beaches and green waters of the Gulf from our unit. Everything looked just like the photos online so no bad surprises. Customer service extremely responsive to any of our questions. My only complaint is that there was no recycling service available there.

The property was clean and just right for my family

The sliding glass door latch was broken and could not be locked but that was taken care of the first day. However, the vertical blinds are missing a few slats so you can't get complete privacy as the door faces the side. It rained every day but that can't be helped. This unit afforded easy access to the beach. Overall we were pleased.
