About this property

Welcome to your happy place! Home away from home in Paradise!

This is an end unit on the first floor at the back of the resort complex. You can enjoy the lush gardens and tropical breezes from the spacious lanai. The newly renovated condo has a primary bedroom that includes a king size bed. The main living space contains a wall bed with a queen size Tuft and Needle mattress. For your entertainment enjoyment, the living space also includes a 49-inch flat screen T.V. with cable, and Blu-ray player. Wifi is provided, as well as free telephone service to the U.S. and Canada. Our home has been recently renovated with new windows, stainless appliances in the kitchen, bamboo cabinets, and bamboo flooring. The bathroom includes a tiled spa shower. The unit contains a full-size washer and dryer. One free assigned parking stall is included.
Relax in the Hawaiian-style garden courtyard and enjoy the pool and Jacuzzi. For your security, our resort has recently installed security cameras in the common area, specifically in the pool area and outside the office/mailbox corridor.
Our resort has a barbeque area with 2 gas grills.
We provide beach chairs, towels, some sand toys, some snorkel gear, and a cooler to make your trips to the beach (there is a nice beach just across the street) complete.

Family vacation Maui

We stayed at this property for a little over a week and it was nice, quiet for the most part and nicely stocked. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the pool area.

Everything was as described in the listing. Property was clean and the host left many things in abundance for our use (towels, cooking ware, utinsels, etc). Host also checked on us periodically to make sure things were to our liking. The parking is literally a 1 minute walk to the condo. Trash bins are close in distance as well. Probably the best experience we had staying for a vacation rental. If you are reading this review, YES THIS IS WORTH IT!

You won’t be disappointed.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The amenities are the best I have seen. The kitchen has nothing but quality amenities. Pots and pans are plentiful and quality. This stay is stocked with everything you will need. The walk in shower with overhead shower head is great. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience at Gretchen’s VRBO. The place was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From beach chairs and towels to a cooler and all the cooking essentials, Gretchen truly thought of everything. The location of the Vrbo was perfect - right next to the beach and close to many restaurants.
