Surrounded by lush, tropical garden, our private villa is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac bordered on two sides by Lake Nancy. A birdwatchers and nature lovers delight! After a dip in the very private heated pool, enjoy your coffee on the sunny terrace, watch the ducks paddling in our lake - or sip your wine in the evening in our beautifully decorated front room with several walls open to lit palms outdoors. Amazing ambiance! Very spacious, beautiful bedrooms, and a twelve minute walk or five minute bike ride to the village shops and beach. As the proud new owners, we fell in love with the charm and character of this property. Huge, moveable glass walls, an interior brick wall, the extra large bedrooms, the imposing white columns bordering the large, deep pool, and the natural lakefront on this secluded enclave makes this a vacation property to remember! We enjoy the home when we can, and leave it ready for new guests who are welcome to use it when we can't. Fine linens and towels, new beds, and beautiful furnishings would please the most discerning guest. 60 inch flat screen tv, with tvs in two other bedrooms. Complimentary internet and the use of several bikes, baby chariot trailer, beach chairs and equipment! Split design allows for privacy for you and your quests/children. Walk or ride bikes to the shops, restaurants and famous white sands of the #1 ranked beach in America. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. We were able to walk and bike to the beach! We loved the town with great shops and restaurants! Judith was an available and attentive host. The house and pool were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed grilling and watching the wildlife in the lake! Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

This house is so nice. The location is convenient, yet private and quiet. The owner is wonderful, communication fantastic! Beds are comfortable, sitting area over looking the pool is fabulous and the pool area is amazing! It was a great rental and will make it out go to house in Siesta Key.

Great week in Siesta Key

This was our annual family vacation trip to Florida - we enjoyed our week staying in the house by the lake! The house had everything we needed to enjoy the week by the pool or the beach. If you are looking for a nice and very quiet area on Siesta Key, this home is the one. Thank you!

Perfect Family Retreat!

This property is exactly what we were looking for, it truly exceeded our expectations, above and beyond. Lovely getaway

We loved this private home in Siesta Keys with lots of natural light, natural ambiance and beautiful heated pool. (We enjoyed the pool the latter part of our week.). It was about 15 minute walk to the village and beach. The owner was most helpful throughout our stay, providing recommendations and repairs as needed. We enjoyed biking to the village and beach and riding along the beach! You will enjoy your stay!

We really enjoyed our week in Siesta Keys and this gorgeous home! The heated pool was a plus and we enjoyed the birds singing in the background while we were outside. Siesta Key white sand beaches and beautiful sunsets were so relaxing. This house has everything you need for a day at the beach. Judith was very accomodating and such a pleasure to work with. We had zero issues with this home during our stay, it is well maintained and organized with a kitchen full of cooking supplies. We would definitely stay here again during our next trip to the area!

A comfy cosy home

The home is comfy and cosy. Judith has created a wonderful home that was a pleasure to stay in. The pool area is great and the garden lighting is lovely. The house is just a short drive to Siesta Village and Beach. Judith was very easy to contact and very responsive to questions we had. We hope that we will be able to get back sometime in the not too distant future. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Oasis

This home did not disappoint! You can tell Judith put a lot of work into making this home beautiful and comfortable. My husband and I were there with our two young boys 4 and 6, and my dad who is 76. We were all able to have our own space which was great. The bikes were fun to get around on, and Siesta Village was a very short drive. The pool was very well maintained and had floats for us to use as well. Everything about this home made our vacation a breeze and when I had a question Judith was very quick to respond! I am hoping we can make it back next year!

A wonderful respite, highly recommended!

This beautiful home is light, airy, peaceful, and clean! I have stayed in many VRBO properties, and this one is superior. Everything in the the description is accurate; the pool is even more lovely in person, and we enjoyed watching the wildlife as we sipped coffee in the morning (a very big heron-like bird showed up every morning to fish nearby and we really enjoyed seeing him. We named him Harold, but that's probably not his real name.) The bikes were so much fun to ride to the beach. We rode to the beach and walked every morning. The beds were comfortable, the sheets were good quality, and there were plenty of clean, fluffy towels. The closet and drawer space was more than ample, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cutlery. The A/C kept everything cool during the hot days and at night the neighborhood was quiet. The owner was always a text away, although we didn't need anything. The checkout list was handy, and the guidebook provided all of the information we needed. I cannot recommend this home enough, you will not be disappointed!

We stayed 4 nights and had a great time. The kids loved the heated pool . We rented a golf cart to go to the beach and it was worth it . The beach is a 12-15 minute walk which is doable but not with small kids.

Heaven on earth!

This home is lovely, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and the setting is unsurpassed. The heated pool is delightful, and it is covered so no bugs. Palm trees wrapped with lights and bistro lights around the pool create a magical backdrop for outdoor dining. On a dead-end street, and adjacent to a small pond, it is private and quiet. Tropical birds love the pond and entertain from early morning to dusk. The home is a 15-minute walk to the number one beach in the USA. Many great restaurants are in walking distance too. The owners were delightful and responded immediately to a minor plumbing issue. I will definitely be returning. I feel ten years younger after a month in Siesta Key! Could not be happier with this visit.

You couldn’t ask for more than what was there. From beach bag, to beach chairs, to bicycles and beach towels, everything was available. The pool was wonderful to have, especially with the red tide. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone!!

I am Canadian and live in Ottawa, our country's capital, with my husband Nick and our two daughters. While we love Ottawa, we don't love winter, and we are so happy to have found our own little slice of paradise in Siesta Key! Every day spent here we walk the beach or ride our bikes or swim or lounge by the pool. This home is our dream come true, and I continue to dream and plan ongoing projects there! Interior design is a big passion of mine.

Why they chose this property

We have been coming to Siesta Key for years visiting my brother and sister-in-law who also have a home here. We had been planning for some time to buy a property for our retirement -although still years away. We fell in love with this property - its just a beautiful slice of paradise - so lush, very tropical and very secluded and tranquil - but still close enough to walk or ride a bike to the village. We are so happy here, and can't wait to be able to spend more time here, especially during our winters!
