Très bel appartement, confortable et bien entretenu, bien équipé. Un grand balcon en bas pour les repas à l'extérieur et une très grande terrasse en haut avec chaises-longues et spa. La vue plein sud est magnifique. Les photos sont fidèles. La couverture isolante du spa est en très mauvais état et mériterait d'être remplacée, mais le spa lui-même est très bien. Complexe sécurisé et très calme (même si dans notre cas des travaux sur la route ont un peu perturbé cette tranquilité). Parking privé intérieur facile d'accès. Clin d'oeil pour l'Arya Asador dans Palm Mar à 5 minutes à pied qui vaut le détour.

Sehr empfehlenswert wenn man abseits vom Gedränge eine schöne Zeit verleben möchte. Wunderschön gelegen und sehr gut gepflegt.
