This is a unique 2 bedroom modern villa within a small landscaped private complex of only 40 units. There is a large communal swimming pool and toddler pool. The villa is equipped to a very high standard, with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The outside living terrace provides your own private 4/5 seater luxury hot tub, combined with a semi-shaded dining area to enjoy, chill out and soak up the unique ambience of Fuerteventura. The villa also has a large roof terrace with superb views of Lanzarote, Los Lobos and the mountains. The semi detached villas are situated within a 5 minute walk to local bars, restaurants and supermarket, and close to the famous sand dunes and fantastic beaches of Fuerteventura. Free WiFi available.

Road noise

Our one criticism was no fault of the owner but the road surface outside the property caused constant noise.

Villa Rita

Unfortunately there was no hot tuband hasnt been for 2 months. The upgrades to the property were lovely. We felt the bedding and towels should be changed after a week. We washed the towels ourselves. Unfortunately the cooker stopped working but that didn't massively impact us. Overall a lovely apartment

Nice Villa

Very nice and comfortable villa. Super roof terrace for sunbathing and views. Nice little yard with hot tub and table and chairs for lunch. A couple of miles outside Corralejo centre on a slight hill. Takes about 25 mins to walk in, but no need to do so as there are some great restaurants at the top and bottom of the hill 10 mins walk away either way. 30-45 mins walk to the big beach either down the road or across the desert and it's well worth it when you get there. Mercadona supermarket 10 mins walk. We did have some minor issues with the villa which is why only 4 stars, namely the shower needed a new on/off knob and was difficult to turn on and off. The bathroom window would not close. The hot water in the bathroom sink was discoloured. The light by the front door went off after 3 secs and the TV didn't work. If all these issues could be addressed it would be near perfect.

We stayed at this villa for 4 weeks and had a great stay there, we know the area very well as we have stayed in the area many times. The villa is not the biggest but is certainly big enough for 2 or 4 people, it has a very nice modern kitchen and toilet shower room. we would definitely stay there again.

Villa Rita Fantastic Stay

Everything perfect from walking through the door. Quality villa with everything you need. Close to large supermarkets. Tranquil setting. Lovely outside space with schluded hot tub and extensive roof terrace with lots of sunbeds and comfy furniture. Coolbox to keep your drinks cold. Enjoyed the use of the large gated and very quiet pool. Ideal location for walk to nice bars or stroll into town. Taxi ride 5 euros. Kitchen and outdoor furniture just been renewed, top quality. Good wifi.Comfy beds. Intend to return to this lovely villa next year.

Fantastic stay in super clean spacious property

This accommodation was far nicer than the photos. Spotlessly clean. Very relaxed and friendly complex with huge pool. Tv channels exceptional for when we were too tired to go out. We had a car but easy location for walk or taxi into town. Great nearby restaurants. I have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Great place

Très belle maison! Nous avons passé un super séjour, appartement bien situé, a 5 min du centre en voiture (30 min à pied), même distance des dunes de Corralejo, dans l idéal louez des vélos et vous aurez tout a 10 min de vélo!! Maison agréable, et le jacuzzi est juste un plus INCROYABLE pour un séjour réussi !! Merci Sean et à bientôt !!

Very calm surrounding. Clean Property - wifi is not the best but it’s enough for texting. We had a great stay and enjoyed the sunsets from the roof terrace. Would stay again in the villa

Fantastic stay ⭐️

We had a lovely holiday in this villa, the owner Sean was extremely helpful, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The villa was located in a nice quiet area with a selection of restaurants and a large cheap supermarket close by, a nice walk into town or only €3.50 in a taxi, the villa was clean, very comfortable and the outside area was a private sun trap with high walls to keep the wind out and very comfortable furniture to relax on. The hot tub was amazing and perfect for relaxing in, we have decided we will always hire accommodation with a hot tub for our winter holidays from now on. Thank you for all your help Sean, and for welcoming us into your home we will definitely recommend your property to friends and family and hope to visit again. Regards Samantha.
