This ocean view condo located in Punta Santa Cruz features three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The master and the second bedroom feature king size beds, while the third bedroom features two double beds. Walking distance to Santa Cruz and La Crucecita, grocery stores, restaurants and more!

The Kitchen opens into the living room, which allows you to continue gazing at the mesmerizing blue waters while preparing your meals. It features stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped to accommodate all of your cooking needs.

The living room features seating for everyone where you can enjoy the Smart TV or take in the warm ocean breeze from the terrace.

Bask in the sun while relaxing by the shared pool or take a short walk to Santa Cruz Bay where you`ll find beaches, restaurants, shops, the artisan market etc. The beaches in Santa Cruz are also perfect for swimming as the protected bay offers calmer water.

• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $95 USD admin fee | Balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival
• If you have to cancel your original travel dates, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.

Amazing Condo for a Large Group

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing vacation in the condo at Cruz del Mar! We had a large group with kids and grandparents. The layout was fantastic and offered the right amount of privacy for each room. The large windows let in the sea air to help cool down the condo and all the AC units work extremely well. The condo is central to a lot of places, and taxi prices were inexpensive (usually 35-70 pesos depending on distance). The property manager was super responsive and friendly to any questions we had, answering questions within an 1-2 hours of asking. I would highly recommend booking this condo to anyone checking it out!

We loved the view the condo has, love the specious bedrooms and that it has air conditioning in each room it’s a beautiful condo and would love to rent it again in the future!.

This was a wonderful property. Very spacious and clean. Each room has a beautiful view. We loved sitting out on the porch and enjoying the afternoon breeze off the water.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in this condo with our family. The layout was awesome and the condo is well stocked for cooking and storing items. The condo is starting to show its age. Peeling drywall and humidity damage. Blinds that are damaged or don't work. But these things didn't disrupt out trip at all. The staff at RR were great dealing with a BBQ that didn't work and other small questions including showing us properties in Huatulco! Thanks for your help on our vacation. ..I will definitely refer your services again Cory Spilchak
