About the host
Hosted by Rosalind Spears
Johnny was born and brought up in Cape Town where his father was the famous painter Frank Spears. www.frankspearsthepainter.com. Rosalind was born in London. They love the area so much they decided to retire here and have spent the last twenty five years making their home and garden beautiful.
Why they chose this property
We were so taken by the house and the area we decided to retire here - on the spur of the moment! We have loved it ever since. Why - for its beauty, peace and outstanding views.
What makes this property unique
We have no near neighbours - apart from the sheep. Our two holiday cottages are full of original paintings and interesting books and are real one-offs.
