Nicely decorated apartment; excellent base to explore Sevilla. We used te car to central parkings en could easily park te car in front of the house each evening. The shower could do with some more pressure.

A Peaceful Piece of Spain

The house is an excellent place to regroup and enjoy a quiet piece of Spain with friends. The backyard is wonderful and the house layout makes it easy to have space to be together. Seville is a 10-15 cab ride away or a longer bus ride. There are bars and restaurants around but to really "tapear" you need to go farther. Cooking was a challenge as cookware and basics were minimally supplied.. Nice place, just don't think of it as downtown Seville.

Very nice property and stay close to Seville

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. Parking was great! The house was clean, spacious and great for our family of 5 for a few days. We had read the reviews regarding the ant problem in the kitchen, we did not have any food out at all and still there were ants all over the counters. The AC unit in one of the bedrooms leaked water all over before we realized this was happening, thankfully none of our belongings were damaged. I am sure this issue will be addressed as we let the management know and they were very responsive. It was very hot and we would have been happier if we were able to use the AC in that room. Besides these issues the house was really good. Thanks so much!
