Villa Tania is a welcoming three-story independent house situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps six people. It is approximately 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features a small private terrace, two private patios, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 6 km (3.7 miles) from Paestum, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 500 meters (550 yards), the bus stop at 700 meters (770 yards) and the closest beach at roughly 800 meters (half a mile).
You will reach Villa Tania from the street level going up approximately four stairway steps.
For a successful stay at Villa Tania we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Patio 1
The first patio is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a gazebo. It is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower.
Patio 2
The second patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue.
Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The furnishings of the living room are bright and cheerful, and include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the second patio through a French door. The room also has a large window with a view of the patio. Here you will also find a ceiling fan.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the living room.
First FloorBedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a washing machine located on a small terrace, an iron and an ironing board.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
Basement FloorLiving Room 2
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable, and include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a small fireplace. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a small patio through a French door. The room also has a roof window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is tiled with lucid blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom.
