This spacious townhouse is well planned and has Galera Park's best views as it is located in the front row closest to the pool areas. On the first floor you have a large fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a toilet. You also have access to one of the three terraces through the living room and there you have your very own small private garden. On the second floor you have three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom also has direct connection to the second terrace and of course the roof terrace. The terraces include dining groups and loungers .It is a breathtaking view from the roof terrace and imagine how fantastic evenings / nights it can be when the sun goes down overlooking the Mediterranean and a glass of wine in tranquil surroundings. This is to enjoy a relaxing holiday, right? Galera Park is a fenced area, surrounded by tropical gardens and two outdoor pools, a Padel tennis court and only a few minutes walk down to the natural beach but better to walk 10 minutes to a bridge to cross a busy road. The townhouse is about 50 minutes from Malaga Airport and 40 minutes from Gibraltar Airport. To Estepona Old Town about 6 km.

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig gebaut mit insgesamt drei Terrassen. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vor Ort. Wohn- und Schlafräume lassen keine Wünsche offen und können bei Bedarf klimatisiert werden, was nachts aber bei geöffneten Fenster nicht nötig ist.
Auf dem Weg zum (eher) Naturstrand kann man eine Brücke mit Umwegen überqueren oder direkt durch den Autokreisel gehen.
Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool sehr sauber und schön warm.
Ein Auto ist notwendig. Der nächste Supermarkt ist über 1km weg. Außerdem hat man mit dem Auto die Möglichkeit, die anderen Strände kennenzulernen. Zu empfehlen sind auf jeden Fall die Strände auf der rechten Seite vom Haus aus.
