Sehr schönes Haus. Auch der Garten mit Grill hat uns sehr gefallen. 50m Gehweg zum Strand, was will mann mehr.

Das Haus hat im Großen und Ganzen der Beschreibung entsprochen. Leider war nicht alles so sauber und es gab überall schon Spinnweben.Es waren auch einige Sachen defekt, die behoben werden müssten (zum Teil haben Türgriffe nicht funktioniert, Licht ging nicht überall, Abluft in den WCs hat nicht überall funktioniert, Klimaanlage müffelt, manche Abflüsse waren verstopft). Wenn das alles behoben werden würde, wäre es eine super Unterkunft.Man merkt, dass die Bilder gemacht wurden, als noch alles im TOP Zustand war. Bei diesem Mietpreis sollte unbedingt mal eine Renovierung erfolgen.

Gleichzeitig möchten wir uns aufrichtig für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen, die Sie angesprochen haben. Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung sind uns sehr wichtig, und wir nehmen Ihre Hinweise sehr ernst. Das Haus wird regelmäßig renoviert, insbesondere vor Beginn der Saison. Leider kam es vor Ihrer Ankunft dazu, dass Gäste einige Dinge beschädigt haben, und in der Hochsaison ist es nicht immer einfach, sofort alle Reparaturen umzusetzen. Zudem haben wir bereits mit unserem Reinigungspersonal gesprochen, damit künftig gründlicher auf Spinnweben geachtet wird. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung.

Hic manebimus optime

Abbiamo soggiornato la prima settimana di agosto e nonostante il gran numero di turisti la casa ci ha garantito una grande tranquillità e un ottimo numero di servizi che ci hanno permesso di godere di una splendida vacanza. La spiaggia è a due passi ma se si ha la macchina in pochi minuti si possono trovare posti davvero solitari e incantevoli.Disponibili e cortesi i proprietari...insomma hic manebimus ottime!!!

Super schöner Urlaub in Top Location

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön hergerichtet und sowohl für eine Gruppe von Freunden als auch eine große Familie geeignet. Die Nähe zum Meer und zu einigen Lokalen im Ortskern ist super. Das Auto konnte fast immer stehen bleiben. Die Outdoor Küche wurde fast jeden Tag genutzt ebenso der Balkon im Obergeschoss. So hatte jeder aus unserer Gruppe die Möglichkeit sich auch mal zurückziehen zu können und ein bisschen zu relaxen. SUP oder Bootsmiete ist direkt im Ort möglich. So wird es einem definitiv nicht langweilig. Einziges Manko, an den Fenstern und Schiebetüren war kein Mückenschutz vorhanden. Da es aber sehr viele Mücken gab (vielleicht auch Wetter bedingt) mussten wir Abends öfters in Innere flüchten. Ansonsten hat uns der Urlaub super viel Spass gemacht und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Lage ist wunderschön…

Wir haben mit unseren Teenagern (Patchwork Familie) zwei sehr schöne Wochen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus von Jasmina und Kati verbracht. Das Haus ist Ideal für eine große Familie oder zwei befreundete Familien mit etwas älteren Kindern… morgens mit Kaffee runter zum Steg und einen Sprung ins Meer gewagt… herrlich…

Moderne Ferienvilla mit direkter Strandnähe

Die Villa befindet sich in einer kleinen Stadt, welche alle notwendigen Dinge (Supermarkt/ Bäckerei/ Restaurants) bietet. In 50 Metern ist ein kleiner Kiesstrand, welcher auch sehr feinen Kies vorzeigt. Direkt am Strand (vor dem Haus) befindet sich ein Bootsanleger, welchen wir regelmäßig genutzt haben. Die Villa selbst ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und bietet alle notwendigen Utensilien. Die Vermieterin war per FeWo- Nachricht jederzeit erreichbar und half bei einzelnen Fragen zeitnah und unkompliziert. Ich kann dieses Domizil mit besten Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
