Gîte super avec un magnifique jardin, lieu apaisant et proche de Dinan et d’autres sites à voir. A notre arrivée, une bouteille de cidre et un gâteau breton nous attendaient, des attentions qui font plaisir !

Ein wirklich schönes Haus mit geschmackvoll eingerichteten Räumlichkeiten.Leider gewöhnungsbedürftiger Geruch in einem Schlafzimmer (muffig), der separaten Toilette und im Flurbereich (Ölgeruch aus der darunterliegenden Garage).Durchgehende Lüftung erforderlich.Zustand allgemein aber sauber.Küchenausstattung gut, kein Whirlpool, nur Dusche.Schöner großer Garten mit Sitzecke unter einer Laube.Kein WLAN.Lagetechnisch alle sehenswürdigen Orte gut mit dem Auto erreichbar.Ebenso tolle Strände und Buchten.Wohnort selber sehr ruhig, kein Alternativprogramm zur Wohnung.Eine Kaution in Höhe von 400 ist zu hinterlegen.Die Hausverwalterin (Nachbarin) ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Leider war die Verständigung durch unzureichende Französischkenntnisse unsererseits etwas schwierig.

Vi har haft en härlig vistelse i Bretagne, huset är rymligt och fint i traditionell stil (bilderna stämmer bra) och trädgården är lummig och fylld med blommor och fruktträd. Byn är väldigt lugn, fina cykelvägar i närområdet och många utflyktsmål i närheten. Huset var rent och fräscht när vi kom och grannen som tog emot är välkomnande och trevlig. Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår semester.

Nos sentimos como en casa

Linda casa, con mobiliario clásico pero muy cómoda y estuvimos muy a gusto. La propietaria y vecina (quien proporciona las llaves) dos encantos. El pueblo muy tranquilo y la zona así como Bretaña en general muy bonitas. Nos fuimos con pena pero encantados de nuestra estancia.

Mooi huis. Vriendelijk ontvangt

Mooi huis met mooie grote ruime tuin. Erg vriendelijk door de buurvrouw ontvangen. Heerlijk genoten. Ligt ook in stille omgeving heerlijk. Het Huis is klein beetje gedateerd en zou er zo veel mooier uitzien als alle oude rommel opgeruimd zou zijn. Maar de mooie omgeving echt een pluspunt.

Enchantés

Maison facile à trouver, bien située, endroit calme, sans vis à vis et entourée d'un joli jardin. Dinan tout proche et la côte d émeraude à 30mn. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour et nous recommandons cette location. Merci à Marie Claire pour son accueil et à Evelyne (pour les cerises 🍒).

Ungestörtes ruhiges Anwesen

Wir haben uns in dem Haus, umgeben mit dem grossen Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Man ist dort dort sehr ungestört und hat viel Platz. Von der Nachbarin wurden wir sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge und Erkundung der schönen Bretagne. Gestern kamen wir wieder gut erholt nach Hause.

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen

In den zwei Wochen, die wir in der Bretagne verbracht haben, war das schöne, geräumige und gut ausgestattete Haus wie ein Zuhause für uns, in dem wir uns wohlgefühlt haben und gut erholen konnten. Bei gutem Wetter kann man im großen Garten unter alten Apfelbäumen sitzen. Die Nachbarin Marie-Claire hat uns herzlich empfangen und stand bei Fragen hilfreich zur Seite. Plélan-le-Petit ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die schöne nördliche Bretagne zu entdecken. Der Ort bietet alle Geschäfte, um den täglichen Bedarf zu decken.

Maison très agréable et spacieuse. Notre hôte nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et avec des petites douceurs locales. Quartier tranquille mais proximité des commerces très appréciable! Notre séjour a été fort sympathique et nous y reviendrons très certainement.

parfait comme l'année dernieres

voilà, avons passé un agréable séjour en Bretagne. Encore de belles découvertes. notre location, ras . impeccable , c'est pour cela que nous avons reloué pour la deuxième année consticutive. petit souci toujours, pas de wifi , ce qui est vraiment utile pour planifier nos visites ,la 4g ne passe pas vraiment. mais je conseilles vraiment cette endroit paisible et fonctionnel (tous commerces à 10 minutes à pieds).
