100 m från stranden ligger detta nyrenoverade traditionella byhus. Den är på 3 plan med plats för 4-6 personer på en yta på 60 kvm. Rue Jeanne d'Arc är en lugn gata med bageriet intill och nära alla restauranger och butiker.

På första våningen finns köket som är fullt utrustat. Bredvid köket finns en salong/sovrum med 2 separata sängar. On the 2nd floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a large newly renovated bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the upper level is the penthouse, an airy and bright living room with a loggia. There is a table for 6 people, a sofa group and a sofa bed for two. The house has AC in every room and washing machine.
