The house is located on a peaceful hillside beneath Dinara mountain, overlooking the Cetina valley and the historic town of Vrlika. Located 5 km from the nearest main road, the house is surrounded by untouched nature, complete peace and breathtaking views.

From the terrace, you can watch Dinara rising above the valley, while the Cetina river winds through the karst landscape below. Peruća Lake, perfect for swimming and fishing, is only a few minutes by car or a pleasant walk for those who enjoy exploring. The historic town of Vrlika with its medieval fortress is nearby.

This region has preserved its authentic character for generations, a place of pure air, clear water and landscapes that have remained largely untouched by mass tourism. For generations, this hillside has been connected with the Zoric family, who lived between the mountain and the valley, following the rhythm of nature and the seasons.
The entire house, terrace and surrounding nature are exclusively yours during your stay. Chateau Zoric is a completely private retreat with no shared spaces, allowing you to fully enjoy the silence, views and peaceful rhythm of nature.

Chateau Zoric is a family house completely renovated in 2025, bringing modern comfort while preserving the peaceful character of this unique place. The renovation included the interior and exterior, creating a comfortable retreat while keeping its connection with the surrounding nature.

The house is located in a secluded rural area, surrounded by nature. The last part of the road is a quiet country road, adding to the feeling of being away from everyday life.

The area around Chateau Zoric is perfect for exploring on foot, by bicycle or by car. Enjoy peaceful walks through untouched nature, cycling routes, mountain trails, nearby lakes and authentic villages, or take a scenic drive to discover the wider region.

Because of its natural surroundings, you may encounter local wildlife such as rabbits, deer or occasionally a fox. Nature is part of the experience here.
