This property is located 0.8 miles away from the Chantier Creek boat dock. The house itself sits on top of a hill looking over 28 miles of the Missouri River and has a hillside full of wildlife. The house set-up includes a full kitchen with a coffeepot, dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge with ice machine, toaster, pellet grill (on the deck), dishes and utensils. The living and kitchen area is an open concept that allows for a group setting. There are two rooms with queen-sized beds and one room with a full, twin, and a trundle. The house includes a TV, internet, DVD/Blu-ray player with internet capabilities, and central air and heating. There is a spacious three-seasons room looking over the hill and lake which is perfect for a morning coffee before heading out to fish. There is ample parking and electric plugin for your boat.

Perfect getaway spot

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better location for a long weekend of fishing and relaxing. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and the sunroom was perfect for morning coffee and evening beverages after a long day on the water. Troy was a great communicator and was very responsive. We will definitely be back!

As advertised

The house looked just like its pictures, so it completely met expectations. Maybe the only surprise was the grade. It's on a pretty good incline. You get used to it, though. We called the owners about a minor problem with the Roku. They went above and beyond the call to come out to us with some batteries for the remote and many suggestions about the house and fishing.

Oh my goodness what an incredible find this house overlooking the lake was. Super clean, everything you could possibly need already there. This was probably the best VRBO place we have ever stayed in and we can't wait to come back and make this our South Dakota fishing home-away-from-home.
