In the pleasant surfers village of Lajares, in the north of Fuerteventura, lies the brand new and modern villa "Casa Los Lajares" on a spacious private plot of 1200m2 with a private garden and a heated swimming pool.
Lajares itself is regarded as the base for the many wind and water sports enthusiasts on the island, given the perfect location for this. Also for those who want to explore the north of the island this is the ideal place, because of the easy accessibility of both El Cotillo, Corralejo and the Grandes Playas.
Those who especially want to enjoy the peace and quiet will certainly enjoy the luxuriously finished villa as well as the quiet yet attractive village of Lajares.
In short, something for everyone at Casa Los Lajares.

The villa has 3 rooms (Twin rooms) with fitted wardrobes and 2 spacious bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower. There is a capacity for 6 people. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities that can give your holiday an extra touch.
While enjoying an aperitif with family or friends in the outdoor lounge or having a cozy dinner next to the built-in outdoor Tepanyaki, the children can romp around to their heart's content in the spacious, enclosed garden or in the heated swimming pool (with outdoor shower).
In the cozy salon there is a Smart TV (Netflix) with cable TV. WiFi and SONOS sound system can be used free of charge both inside and outside.
The beautiful garden also has a fantastic view of the slopes of some typical seminal volcanoes behind which a beautiful sunset can be seen.
A washing machine and a drying cabinet are also at your disposal and parking is free on the private enclosed grounds. If desired, you can also use a baby bed and a high chair.
In short, everything is there for a delicious moment away at Casa Los Lajares.

Early Spring break

The property is exactly as listed, extremely comfortable with everything that you need. The pool was great & all the outside furniture was a bonus. The weather was perfect for the time of year, hot enough for sunbathing. All amenities are closeby with a short drive to beaches.

Looking for the perfect place? Stop looking!

This is the best accomodation we ever stayed in in Fuerteventura. Stylishly furnished, lovely beds, a good shower. Clean and complete. We especially enjoyed the garden with lounge area and heated pool. Lajares is at walking distance, you’ll find nice restaurants, bakeries and shops here. Highly recommended!

Home from home, stunning house

This our 4th and best visit to Fuerteventura !!! Casa Los Lajares is absolutely perfect in every way. We were made to feel so welcome by Marta and check in was flawless. The house is a true home from home with all the facilities and more you could ever wish for. Great Villa with great amenities

We had a great stay at the villa. The kids loved the pool, everything was as described. Marta was really easy to communicate with and the welcome basket was great. The host was able to accomodate an earlier check in and later check out which really helped. A few niggles but on the whole I think this is one of the best described holiday renatals we have had the pleasure of staying in. Lajares is within walking distance and it was great to be not too far from 2 towns with great beaches. We hope to be back.

Entspannte Ferien

Ich kann die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Anfangs hatte ich leichte Bedenken wegen der Lage zw. der alten und der neuen Strasse na La Oliva aber die Sorgen war unberechtigt. Es ist kein Lärm von der Strasse zu hören. Logo, die Lage und die Aussicht ist nicht so beeindruckend wie bei den Häusern am Fuss des Vulkans. Dafür ist man schnell (auch mal zu Fuss) im Zentrum von Lajares und hat auch andere Vorteile. Die Villa selbst hat alles was man braucht und wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und nicht das Gefühl gehabt, dass irgendetwas fehlt. Der Pool ist genau richtig dimensioniert, sodass Erwachsene und Kinder gleichermassen Spass haben können. Nicht zu tief und nicht zu flach, nicht zu gross und nicht zu klein. Wie die ganze Villa. Nicht zu gross, aber auch nicht zu klein. Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin Marta und ihrer Stellvertreterin Luisa war top. Von der Buchung bis zum Check-In alles perfekt und reibungslos. Perfekte Ferien.

Casa Los Lajares

Wir bewohnten das Casa Los Lajares für 10 Tage im August 2024. Für uns hat diese Unterkunft zu einem unvergesslichen Urlaub auf der Insel Fuerteventura in dem wunderschönen Ort Lajares beigetragen. Das Haus ist eine Perle! Es bietet jeden erdenklichen Komfort und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Dabei sind es die vielen kleinen Details, die dem Haus seinen unglaublichen Charme verleihen, angefangen von der sehr geschmackvollen Einrichtung, der herrlichen Ausstattung und der zentralen Lage. Daneben gilt es Marta zu erwähnen. Sie ist die gute Seele des Hauses und schließt einen mit ihrer sympathisch-fröhlichen Art direkt ins Herz. Wir haben uns super betreut gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Ein perfekter Ort zum „Chillen“

Sehr gut und stilvoll ausgestattete Villa, nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, wunderbar zum Entspannen. In Lajares gibt es alles was man braucht (Bäcker, Supermarkt), Strände und auch das Zentralmassiv sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Im Vergleich zur teilweise sehr verbauten Ostküste hat Lajares Charme und ein ganz anderes Publikum.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la villa Los Lajares. La villa était très propre et tout est conforme à la description. La piscine est très agréable et bien entretenue, la maison, orientée plein sud, est très confortable et fonctionnelle. Un tout grand merci à Marta pour son accueil très cordial.
