Important house rules:
No noise after 8pm - do not run/jump in the apartment - park your car only in the assigned parking spot - do not make noise in the hallway and in the communal areas - Do not smoke on the balcony - at night switch off all the lights (the one on the balcony too)

No underage guests allowed without guardians or their parents.

Note:
Upon arrival, you\'ll find a complimentary welcome kit that includes one bath towel and one face towel per person, a shower kit, two rolls of toilet paper, a kitchen kit with dish soap and a sponge, and a 35-liter garbage bag provided by the municipality.
As this is a self-catering accommodation, these items are provided in case you forget anything and are kindly provided. Any other products you may need during your stay can be purchased at nearby supermarkets.
