Lake view villa with large surrounding garden for exclusive use.
the garden is equipped with barbecue, where you can cook, outdoor table and sun loungers.
inside the house has a living room with fire, sofas, central table, television with Italian and German channels, super-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, etc., then we find a bathroom with shower and washing machine and a double bedroom, all on the ground floor. going upstairs there are two bedrooms with shared bathroom, and a large external balcony.
the villa is surrounded by greenery, a few steps from the small village of Muslone di Gargnano. excellent location for those who love both Lake Garda and the mountains, because it is 5 km from the first beach, and 500 meters from the paths for trekking enthusiasts.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, perfekt für Familien! Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen, zwei Kindern und unserem Hund dort und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders toll: Unser 16-jähriger Sohn hatte sein eigenes Zimmer und damit genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus ist gemütlich, gut ausgestattet und ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Schönes ruhig gelegenes, sehr sauberes Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht. Wir und unsere Hunde haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Muslone ist ein charmantes Bergdörfchen mit sehr freundlichen Bewohnern. Für mich der einzig negative Aspekt: Es wird mit Whirlwanne und Kamin geworben. Wanne hat nicht funktioniert und trotz bitten um etwas Feuerholz, für einen ganz besonderen Termin, wurde dies nicht erlaubt.

Die Aussicht ist spektakulär! Haus ist sauber und gemütlich. Ideal für Hunde und Gastgeber ist Haustierfreundlich. Weiter unten hat es ein Restaurant wo man sehr gut essen kann! Bei Problemen (Stromausfall) hat der Gastgeber schnell reagiert. Einzig die Strasse zum Haus ist sehr steil - nicht für jeden Autofahrer geeignet oder für Personen mit Gehbehinderung.Ansonsten können wir es wärmstens empfehlen! Sehr gerne wieder. Grazie mille

Außergewöhnliche Lage

Waren mit undren 2 Hunden dort. Etwas abseits des Trubels am Gardasee, dafür sehr ruhig. Wanderwege in direkter Nähe, für alles andere benötigt man das Auto. Die Abfahrt zum Haus is wie bereits steil, aber unser Kombi hatte damit kein Problem. Das ist gut machbar.

Schönes Haus mit wundervoller Aussicht

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus in Muslone sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt am Hang und hat eine wundervolle Aussicht und bietet viel Ruhe. Insbesondere in den Zimmern im ersten Stock ist der Blick auf den Gardasee traumhaft. Der Garten ist parkähnlich, mit komfortablen Sittgelegenheiten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. An- und Abfahrt sind steil, aber unser Auto hatte keine Probleme. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief äußerst unkompliziert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Haus in den Bergen mit super Ausblick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in Nähe eines kleinen Bergdorfes mit wenigen, aber sehr netten Einwohnern. Vom Haus aus hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf den Gardasee. Das ruhig gelegene Haus entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Die Eigentümerin hat sehr schnell auf Nachfragen geantwortet. Man sollte den Hinweis der Eigentümerin auf den steilen Weg zum Haus beachten. Insgesamt 5 Sterne von 5.

Traumhafte Ausgangslage

Wir sind gerne flexibel: wandern (wunderschöne auch direkt ab der Haustür), Klettersteige, Felsklettern, Baden und Kultur - alles auf rel. kurzen Wegen erreichbar - bei meißt deutlich über 30°C während der zwei Wochen unseres Aufenthaltes aber auch eine Herausforderung :)... Die Unterkunft liegt traumhaft einsam und bietet zur Selbstversorgung alles, incl. kleinem Kramerladen in fußläufiger Nähe; Retaurantbesuch jedoch nur mit Autofahrt erreichbar. für Familien mit kleineren Kindern würde ich die Unterkunft allerdings weniger empfehlen. Schöner Garten und super Ausblick

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Absolute Ruhe, ein wunderbarer Garten mit guten Liegen sowie einem fantastischen Blick auf den See. Auch bei der Küchenausstattung fehlte es uns an nichts. Die Betten fanden wir etwas sehr hart, aber das ist nun einmal Geschmackssache. Die in den Rezensionen so häufig beschriebene Zufahrt hat es in der Tat in sich (schmal und steil). Sie ist aber zu bewältigen (wir hatten einen Q5)! Ansonsten stehen oberhalb des Hauses immer ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank auch für die schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation.

Die Aussicht auf den See ist grandios. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zufahrt ist sehr aubenteuerlich, selbst zu Fuß.. Das Auto haben wir sicherheitshalber an der Strasse stehen lassen.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt

Die Aussicht ist mit Sicherheit schöner als bei vielen anderen Unterkünften rundum den Gardasee. Wir waren aber froh, ein Auto mit starkem Motor und Allradantrieb zu haben. Denn die Zufahrt zum Haus ist mehr als abenteuerlich.

Wundervoller Ausblick

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Abenteuerlich ist die Straße zum Haus, da es recht steil ist. Die Einrichtung innen ist etwas älter, macht die Wohnung aber urig heimelig. Der Garten ist toll mit Weitblick über den Gardasee. Bei einem kleinen Ameisenproblem wurde uns sehr schnell geholfen. Die Lage bietet etliche Ausflugsziele in der Nähe, auch Wanderwege sind nah bei.

Erholung pur mit einem phantastischen Blick

Wir hatten einen sehr ruhigen, erholsamen Urlaub in einem perfekt gelegenen Haus. Der Blick ist ein Traum und es ist alles leicht zu erreichen: Wanderwege, Hundestrand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten... Wir haben schon für das nächste Jahr gebucht.

Geniales Haus. Top Lage. Geniale Aussicht. Nette Kommunikation. Ziemliche steile Einfahrt. Starkes Auto und bisschen Mut erforderlich. Sonst muss man 60m laufen. 100PS Touran hat nicht gereicht um im ersten Gang hoch zu kommen. Kupplung hat geraucht. Sonst alles mega .

Haus mit spektakulärer Aussicht

Wir sind mit einer Gruppe von 6 Personen angereist und haben den Garten mit dem tollen Blick auf den See beim Grillen und entspannen sehr genossen. Das Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer absolut geeignet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es war genügend Platz vorhanden.
