Studio condo (AC, 40'' HD cable TV & Wi-Fi, full kitchen), with balcony & bathroom, located in Jacana building; it is perfect for a couple or a family; it sleeps 4-5 guests comfortably (max 4 guests, 5th guest can be child 0-1 y/o)

Check-in Time: from 2 pm
Check-out Time: 12 noon
But if no other guests are using condo before you check-in or/and after you check-out (you can easily check that with me just before your stay), feel free to check-in (use the condo) as reasonably early as you wish, and to check-out as reasonably late as you wish (Pico de Loro rules are you are free to arrive, pay the entrance fee and use the facilities (pools, beach etc) as early as you wish, and to stay after check-out until 8pm is Ok as well).

- Club Guest Registration Fee is not included in condo rate, it is to be paid by all guests to Pico de Loro Cove Beach & Country Club upon entering the premises; fee is good for stay up to 1 week. Senior citizens have discount on registration fee and on purchases within the premises. What fee applies depends on what day guests check-in/arrive:
*Lean Season : All weekdays of January, February and July – November. 900 PHP adult
**Peak Season : All weekends of January, February and July – November; all weekdays of March – June and December; all holidays of the year. 1,300 PHP adult
***High Season : All weekends of March – June and December. 1,400 PHP adult
****Holy Week: 1,550 PHP adult
*****Yearend & Christmas: 1,550 PHP adult
******Children 4 to 12 years old: PHP 400-800 depending on season (accompanying Member will advise onsite, or as per GEF-form if entering as unaccompanied guests)
*******Children 0-3 years old: free of charge
Updated Club rules also require P 50 per replacement wrist-tag (daily, for guests staying in the premises for several days).

Inclusions: Free access to Pico Beach and Reef Bar (sun chairs with umbrellas - Free! big shaded cabanas available for a small fee); Free use of Country Club swimming pools and lockers/showers; Free Shuttle rides; Free gym; Free Wi-Fi in public areas & in condo; access to and use of tennis court/squash/table tennis/badminton courts/basketball courts/pony rides/scuba diving/snorkeling/kayaking/bowling etc etc etc for minimal fee

Property details:

+ Table & chairs in the condo and out on the terrace/balcony;
+ HD Flatscreen 40'' TV with Cignal cable TV channel package;
+ Free Wi-Fi inside condos & in public areas (at the pools, on the beach etc); also phone inside some condos to call Manila fixed telephone line numbers for free;
+ Jar of drinking water, Induction top stove, Rice Cooker, Food Steamer, Food Blender, Refrigerator, Microwave oven, Kettle, all Kitchen Utensils (cookware & dinnerware). Cooking is allowed (except dried fish/squid). When cooking, guests are advised to turn-on the range hood.
+ Dishwashing materials are provided;

+ Fish feeding just outside the building;

Smoking and pets are NOT allowed inside the unit.

Guarantee deposit of PHP 1000 is required upon check-in, which is refundable upon check-out clearance.

How to book:
1. Email us who exactly wants to come and visit Pico de Loro Cove, adults and kids: names, addresses, contact numbers, dates of birth, and the dates of your intended stay (check-in and check-out)
2. Email us copies of valid governmental IDs of all guests who plan to visit (we will need those to arrange your entrance passes)
3. We will revert with Authorization Form for you to present (soft or hard copy) upon entering Pico de Loro premises and the contact number & name of person meeting you up at the condo.

Guests who will arrive early prior to check-in time can use the pool or beach until the check-in time at the condo. Checked-out guests can still stay in Pico premises till 8 pm.

VISA/MasterCard/other generally accepted debit or credit card can be used for payment inside Pico de Loro; otherwise Pico de Loro/Hamilo cash card is available for guests and can be used for payment. Only 1 card (any of the above) will do for the whole group.

Road map is provided on our site; it takes 90min drive from Manila MoA to Pico de Loro Cove.
Possible to get to Pico de Loro Cove by public transportation: bus to Nasugbu and then tricycle or pick-up arranged for you (approx P700).
Parking is free under/outside the building.
Free shuttle running inside the premises.
